it was a signature series boxset. there were 2 different sets. the tag team one which you are talking about and a singles version with stone cold, rock, angle, triple h, undertaker and jericho. both were exclusive to Toys R Us

I haven't seen pictures of this set lately, but here is one I found recently and saved of the other Signature Series set from a since-ended eBay listing (i.e. the one Midnight just mentioned).

I miss sets like that. The K Mart Team Extreme sets were always a favorite of mine. We just don't get that kind of cool stuff anymore, at least I don't so.

I remember when those were on sale at TRU, they were so big they kept moving them around the store wherever they had room to pile them up.

I remember 3 packs that had one member of each team, and it came with one table, one ladder and one chair.

Holy crap. I totally got that set back in the day. I LOVED that Undertaker, and the Triple H jacket. Actually, I really enjoyed every figure in that set.

Apparently, the set was just called "Signature Series Collection II" and was a 6-pack featuring Matt & Jeff Hardy, Edge & Christian, and D-Von & Buh Buh Ray Dudley.
The set also came with a Hardcore ring, tables, ladders, chairs, and a regular size (a.k.a. kids size) WWF title belt. It came out a few weeks after the set I posted a picture of above (August to October 2001 is the timespan from when they were first released) and both retailed for $50 and were exclusive to Toys-R-Us.
So far, I haven't tracked down a picture of the second set, but I'll keep looking.

most of all the old figures and sets had awsome weapons, like the trolley and stuff, the old weapons were the best i wish they would continue to sell them, the weapons that come with duluxe aggresions are crap, who wants an oversized sledgehammer that attaches to the figs wrist? and how many figs do they give them crap chairs to, it would be ok if they could fold so u can use they as chairs

Both sets originally went for $50 in stores, but are likely worth less than $35 these days. As for this particular listing, it didn't even sell at $20 with $15-16 shipping.
This was one of my all-time favorite Jakks box sets, except for the horribly noticeable signatures on the back of each figure's torso. The Triple H leather jacket/jean vest combo is one of my favorite cloth pieces ever made, although the material for the leather jacket has not held up after all these years.
All of the excellent weapons, as well as the ring and title belt, easily make this a set worth owning for all collectors. The only pieces I still own from this set are the ring, title belt, a few of the accessories, and the Kurt Angle, Stone Cold and (now headless) Chris Jericho figures.

My HHH jacket is still pretty solid. (Minor wear at the wrists)

I have this, but I never took any pictures of it unopened. The Hardys were cool with their cloth purple shirts. The Christian was in white tights and has a smiling scan I dont remember them using on any other Christian figure. The Bubba Ray was also a new scan at the time, but it was used once or twice after. The Bubba figure kinda sucked because they used that shirt torso (like the Shane from the RAW X set) and put that flimsier plastic shirt over top just like the Bubba from Rulers of the Ring. But they didnt put those plastic connectors on the side of the shirt to keep the front and back together.

So for my first post I'm bumping up this super old thread, to see if by chance anyone ever came across any sealed pictures of this? I've been looking for YEARS for a sealed picture of this set with no luck, so if someone who has it could take a picture of it in the box for me I'd really really appreciate it!
