They should have him come out on his zipline but have it snap and he lands.. okay this could inadvertently turn into an Owen Hart joke so I'll just stop.

Assuming this injury will keep Kaz out for a substantial time, they should let somebody else play Suicide. Suicide has a lot of potential to become a home grown star and the timing is right. Kaz was already one of TNA's Upper Card guys before he had left, so he could come back and continue as Kaz.
....It's not like anybody would notice after two appearances that there is a different person in the full body suit.

Yeah I'm going to have to agree with you about this, I think just let Kaz heal fully and come back as Kaz or Frankie Kazarian. Just have someone else play Suicide, he wears a full body suit anyhow. |

Ugh! Well, I personally like the Suicide character (as of right now) so I hope this doesn't mean it'll get axed. Too bad for Kaz though seeing as he just got back from an injury. Damn. =/
