-Carlito over Primo is a good call since he is the more expirienced brother. -I'm actually a fan of Yang a bit so a push for him wouldn't be bad. -Hardy over Hurricane is decent. Hoping that Hardy is next in line for the ECW Championship. But as of now, I can see Danielson/Swagger at Mania. -Danielson, Mysterio, and Dreamer over Swagger and Perfectly Awesome is good considering Dreamer will need all the momentum possible before No Way Out

- Best decision to have Carlito beat his brother as he is more credible. - Kennedy getting his match is good, but I hope he leaves ECW in the draft. - Jimmy Wang Yang winning in this situation is okay, cause Chavo isn't credible at all atm. - Solid win for Hardy, but along with Kennedy, I hope he leaves ECW in the draft. - Lastly, great main event and the faces getting the win is good and Dreamer has some momentum; but expecting Swagger to retain.
Good show.

ECW on SyFy: Tuesday 16th February 2010..A pretty solid opening contest win for Carlito against Primo; enjoyable bout and at least you have given Primo a good opportunity and momentum in this feud. Hopefully he doesn't go downhill from here. Mr Kennedy feuding with Carlito straight away comes off as your sole target however. Predictable win for Jimmy Wang Yang as he is definitely on another rise. Shame Chavo Guerrero isn't, though. Matt Hardy beating The Hurricane was very likely, good win for Hardy as he is definitely worthy of another ECW Championship reign in the future. Shame about how low Hurricane has gone on the other hand. Lastly, packed main event with Bryan Danielson, Rey Mysterio and Tommy Dreamer beating Jack Swagger, Dolph Ziggler and The Miz in a packed main event bringing together the two biggest feuds on ECW right now. A decent show, albeit slightly short and match orientated. Everything seemed weak, rightfully so, in comparison to the six-man tag team main event.

February 19th, 2010 Kemper Arena in Kansas City, Missouri Attendance: 17,119
This week’s edition of Smackdown opened with the usual video package. This one highlighted the Elimination Chamber preview matches from last week. First it showed Kofi Kingston defeat Sheamus, followed by Randy Orton beating Chris Jericho and ended with John Morrison pinning the World Heavyweight Champion in a non-title match.Jim Ross and Matt Striker welcome the WWE Universe to tonight’s broadcast. They go straight to hyping up No Way Out, which is in just two days. Then they talk about tonight’s card, which features a first time ever match between Jeff Hardy and Sheamus! Plus, the WWE Tag Team Championships will be up for grabs and Chris Jericho will do battle with the Big Show. The theme of the World Heavyweight Champion hits as Shelton Benjamin comes down to the ring. He is not happy as he steps through the ropes. He gets a microphone and explains why he is upset. Last week he lost to one of the Elimination Chamber participants, which has made people think he’s vulnerable for this Sunday. He wants to clear the air and say that what happened last week was simply a fluke. John Morrison got lucky and on his best day, wouldn’t be better than the “Gold Standard”. This led to John Morrison coming out to interrupt. He laughs at Shelton’s remark and says that he knows for a fact that he can beat Shelton again tonight if given the chance. Shelton asks John if he is challenging him. Morrison says that it’s not only a challenge, but he’s asking for a title shot! The crowd goes crazy, but Shelton backs down and says that Morrison will get his shot on Sunday. Stephanie McMahon appears on the titantron now and surprisingly agrees with Shelton to some heat. She says that it will be unfair to the other Chamber participants if Morrison gets a shot before Sunday. But that doesn’t mean that these two will get the night off. Both Sheamus and Jericho have matches set, so the other four guys should compete too, and she says they will in a tag match! Tonight’s main event will feature John Morrison teaming with Kofi Kingston to face Shelton Benjamin and Randy Orton! Commercial Break. Smackdown returns to show Vickie Guerrero and Stephanie McMahon in their office. They are discussing tonight’s show and the main event, when the lights in the office begin to flicker. Once they stop, the two General Managers look at each other and seem very scared.WWE Tag Team Championship Brian Kendrick & Paul London [c] vs. The Dudebusters w/ Curt Hawkins For the past few weeks, this has been getting more and more personal, especially after recent attacks from the Dudebusters. This was given a lot of time as Croft and Baretta really got the chance to shine. The world knew that the Champs were one of the best teams on the planet, but the challengers proved their worth. They cut the ring in half and worked on London throughout. He made the tag to Kendrick, who turned the tide of the match in his team’s favor. In the end, London stopped his opponents from hitting the Dudebuster, which allowed Kendrick to nail Croft with The Kendrick for the win. Winners and Still WWE Tag Team Champions: Brian Kendrick & Paul London [13:01] ***¼ Just as the Champions were celebrating, the crowd was in shock as John “Bradshaw” Layfield’s theme hit. The Raw General Manager came out to the Smackdown stage with a microphone in hand. He informs the Champions that all the General Managers from all three brands have an announcement to make regarding both the WWE Tag Team Titles and the World Tag Team Titles. The Champions, as well as the rest of the WWE Universe will find out about it this Sunday at No Way Out.Commercial Break. A promo video hyping WrestleMania XXVI is shown, reminding us that it will take place in just thirty-seven days, from Phoenix, Arizona!Non-Title Match Chris Masters vs. United States Champion Tyler Black Last week, Tyler Black promised to be a fighting Champion and this is the start of that. Jim Ross announced that if Chris Masters could pick up a victory here, he’d earn himself a future United States title shot. Masters utilized his strength early on, but Black countered that attack strategy with his high flying. He finished off Masters with God’s Last Gift. Winner: United States Champion Tyler Black [7:18] **½ In the back, Ashley Valance is standing by with “The Viper” Randy Orton. She asks him about his feelings heading into tonight’s main event and the Elimination Chamber. Orton says that he doesn’t appreciate Shelton Benjamin running his mouth to open the show and getting Stephanie McMahon to book this match. He could’ve used all the rest possible heading into Sunday. But, he realized that tonight, he now has a chance to punt the skulls of three of his opponents at No Way Out. Since it usually takes more than two days to recover from a punt, it will make No Way Out a lot easier for him.Commercial Break. “This Fire Burns” is heard as CM Punk makes his way down to the ring, to a chorus of boos from the WWE Universe. He gets in the ring and seems to bask in the heat this crowd is giving him. He begins his promo by saying that last week he got Jeff Hardy to do exactly what he wanted. He got Jeff to agree to put his precious WrestleMania XXVI main event spot on the line in a match at No Way Out. Punk feels that it’s clear to everyone that he’ll win this Sunday and go on to win the main event of WrestleMania. But he comes back to how he got Jeff to do what he wanted. He says that anybody can get Jeff to do what they want, because Jeff is weak. With a little effort, Jeff Hardy can be anybody’s puppet. He’ll weakly give in to anyone’s demands, just like he’ll give in to the “need” for drugs. Unlike CM Punk, he is not strong and that will ultimately be his downfall at No Way Out. Jeff Hardy’s theme blasts over the speakers as the 2010 Royal Rumble rushes down to the ring. Punk slyly rolls out of the ring just as Jeff gets in. Jeff tells Punk to get in the ring, but Punk is outside laughing at him. At this point, Sheamus ran down and clotheslined Jeff in the back of the head. Singles Match Jeff Hardy vs. Sheamus Attacking Hardy before the match helped Sheamus a lot. It allowed him to hold serve early as he basically dominated the start of the contest. CM Punk got on commentary during the match. Sheamus worked over Hardy’s back and looked poised to win. He missed the Bicycle Kick and Hardy used that to being his comeback. He hit most of his signature moves before climbing to the top. He seemed to be going for the Swanton, but Punk got up from the table. Hardy got distracted by that, which allowed Sheamus to get up and slam him down from the top. Hardy got up right into the Bicycle Kick to end it. Winner: Sheamus [12:26] *** The crowd booed heavily as CM Punk had an evil grin on his face. Sheamus celebrated in the ring as the announcers mention that a win over a former WWE Champion like Jeff Hardy really makes Sheamus a huge threat heading into No Way Out.Commercial Break. Josh Matthews was now standing by with Kofi Kingston. He asks him the same thing Ashley Valance asked Randy Orton earlier. Kingston says that he’s looking forward to both matches and plans to win his first World Championship as he has come close on a few occasions. And he promises to avoid the Punt from Orton tonight.
The General Managers are shown again and this time, the lights actually go out in the office. When they come back on, The Undertaker is in the middle of the room. He tells Stephanie to inform him of why he wasn’t given an Elimination Chamber qualifying match. She tells him that it’s because he missed a lot of action, so she had to give the spots to the people who have been competing for the past few months. Vickie interjects and says that he could have had a guaranteed Title shot at WrestleMania, the place where he’s undefeated, had he not lost in the Royal Rumble. ‘Taker rounds on her, but she quickly says that he should blame John Cena, the man who eliminated him. ‘Taker seems to consider this, rolls his eyes in the back of his head, and the lights cut out again. When they return, he is gone.
We go to another backstage area, where security is rushing towards a scene. The scene is Chris Jericho brutally assaulting Big Show with a lead pipe in the leg. Show is in agonizing pain and it looks like Jericho has snapped in his quest to regain the World Heavyweight Title.Commercial Break.
Divas Match April Lee vs. Gail Kim A true student vs. teacher situation here and the stakes were high. If Lee could beat Gail Kim, she’d be added to the Divas Championship match at No Way Out. Divas Champion Maryse came down midway through the match to watch. These two women put on a surprisingly good show, as they seemed to know each other well. Despite a good effort from the young Diva, Kim put Lee away with the Eat Defeat. Winner: Gail Kim [6:02] **¼ Gail Kim helped Lee up after the match and they hugged. Lee raised Kim’s arms as they stared down the Divas Champion. Maryse did her “talk to the hand” thing and left up the ramp.
John Morrison is shown meeting up with Kofi Kingston in the back, and they head towards the arena. The main event is next!Commercial Break.
Tag Team Match Kofi Kingston & John Morrison vs. Randy Orton & World Heavyweight Champion Shelton Benjamin This was an excellent main event, which gives me even more hope that the Elimination Chamber will be awesome. Morrison and Kingston made for a great high flying team, and after Kofi got the hot tag, he cleaned house. Eventually though, he made a mistake and was caught with an RKO. Morrison broke up the pin though. In the end, the legal men were Morrison and Benjamin. Morrison went for the Starship Pain, but Orton ran and knocked him off. Then Orton and Kofi began to brawl outside, leaving Shelton to nail Morrison with Paydirt and gain victory. Winners: Randy Orton & World Heavyweight Champion Shelton Benjamin [13:06] ***¼ Orton connected with an RKO on Kofi on the outside and rolled back in the ring. He began to stalk Benjamin, who was taunting the crowd. Shelton turned to him, but was ready and pushed him away as he went for the RKO. When Orton turned back to him, he was met with a Paydirt. The World Champion made sure he stood tall tonight, just like he plans on doing this Sunday.© WWE 2010

- Solid opening promo, and the tag main event sounds good. - London and Kendrick getting the win is good, and with JBL's appearance, I'm guessing unification. - Black getting the win was expected as he is the United States Champion and deserves it more. - Solid promo from CM Punk, basically continuing his heel turn, plus leading to Sheamus/Jeff. - Sheamus defeating Hardy is huge for him, even with the Punk distraction. - Backstage segment between Taker/GMs adds speculation to Taker vs Cena at Mania. - Nice little friendly match between Kim and Lee, Maryse's aftermath 'talk to the hand' I can picture. - Lastly, good main event, and the heels picking up the victory gives Benjamin some momentum.
A good show.

-Good promo by Benjamin. I'm loving Benjamin's mic skills right now. Good save for Stephanie not awarding Morrison a shot. I though it'd happen and I was like greatest.....smackdown......ever! But this is going to be awesome. -Great tag team match. Loving the Dudebusters shining there. I'd bet unification at WM26. -Black over Masters keeps him as a strong champion. -Punk's promo was nothing short of solid. Hardy/Punk at No Way Out sounds awesome. But Hardy should win. -Sheamus over Hardy is a huge impact to his career. -I can see Taker getting revenge on Cena at No Way Out. Which imo, erases the championship reign for Cena. But the fact that my favorite wrestler is considered in Taker's league to end the streak is great. -Kim over Lee was expected. -Benjamin made sure he was the last man standing lol. If he does retain the gold, it'll be one of the biggest shockers ever seen. -Solid SmackDown

Poster Credit: Kemp Match Graphic Credit: ElliotFebruary 21st, 2010 Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri Attendance: 21,133 The WWE signature montage opens the broadcast, followed by a video package hyping the dangerous Elimination Chamber. It then focuses on the twelve Superstars who will enter the two Chambers tonight. The video also gives a short tribute to the feud between Jeff Hardy and CM Punk, which will end tonight.
“Rise Up” by Cypress Hill blasts over the speakers as the opening pyrotechnics shoot off, signaling the start of our show. The three man announce team consisting of Michael Cole, Jerry “The King” Lawler and Matt Striker. They quickly take us to our opening contest, which will be for the World Heavyweight Championship!World Heavyweight Championship Elimination ChamberShelton Benjamin [c] vs. Chris Jericho vs. John Morrison vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Randy Orton vs. SheamusThe first four competitors to come out all got into the four Chambers. Those men were John Morrison, Chris Jericho, Sheamus and Randy Orton. Kofi Kingston came down to the ring to a very loud pop, sporting new trunks as well. Shelton Benjamin followed, looking very confident, to a lot of heat. Benjamin and Kingston locked horns in the middle of the ring and began trying to outwrestle one another. That lasted a few minutes with Benjamin getting the upper hand on the mat. Kofi took control by using some of his athleticism. He connected with a monkey flip on Shelton just as the buzzer went off, and Jericho entered the fray. He went straight after Kofi, hitting him with a dropkick. Next, he nailed a scoop slam and enziguri. He climbed to the top and went for a flying back elbow, but Kofi dodged it. Before Kofi could capitalize on it, Shelton kicked him in the stomach and nailed the Shell Bomb. Kofi rolled to the outside, while Jericho and Benjamin did battle in the ring for a short while. Kofi got up and hit a springboard double clothesline onto both of them, just as the buzzer sounded and John Morrison entered. He and Kofi began to work together against Jericho and Benjamin and both got very close near falls. Morrison’s was on Benjamin after hitting the Starship Pain and Kofi’s on Jericho after hitting the SOS. Those four continued to face off against each other until Randy Orton entered at the fifteen minute mark. At this point, Jericho connected with the Codebreaker on Morrison. Morrison was stunned and turned towards Orton, who hit him with an RKO for the first elimination. [John Morrison: 15:21] Orton now began to take it to Kofi in the corner, while Jericho and Benjamin basically stole the show with their interactions in the middle of the ring. That all changed once Sheamus entered though. He came in and hit Orton and Kofi with the War Sword [Polish Hammer]. Jericho ran at him, but was caught with the Bicycle Kick and was eliminated. [Chris Jericho: 21:17] Sheamus now waited for the Champion to get up and once he did, he went for the Bicycle Kick but Shelton ducked. When Sheamus turned to him, he was caught with Paydirt. Orton started to stalk Sheamus and nailed him with the RKO once he got up, which was enough to keep him down for the count. [Sheamus: 24:26] Orton and Benjamin now decided to work together to take out Kofi. They double teamed him for a few minutes as they both worked him over. One mistake cost them though as Kofi ducked the Dragon Whip from Shelton and hit Trouble in Paradise from out of nowhere. Kofi eliminated Shelton and Orton just watched, not even bothering to help. [Shelton Benjamin: 27:57] Orton ran at Kofi once the three was counted, but Kofi was ready and he dodged him. He quickly hit the SOS, but just got a two count. He quickly ran and hit the Boom Drop, then got up and started to do the Boom Clap. He went for Trouble in Paradise once Orton got up, but Orton ducked and hit the RKO. He covered, but Kofi somehow kicked out! Orton was shocked. Orton prepared for the Punt, but Kofi moved out of the way of it and hit a Russian leg sweep. He climbed to the top and Orton began to get up. Kofi went for a flying cross body, but Orton caught him with a huge mid-air RKO for the win. Winner and NEW World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton [32:19] ****½For the second straight year, Randy Orton walks out of No Way Out as the winner of an Elimination Chamber. This time though, he leaves as the new World Heavyweight Champion. The crowd boos heavily and the announcers put over Kofi Kingston’s fine effort.
We are now shown a video for the first inductee into the 2010 Hall of Fame class. A helicopter is shown flying over a city, shining a large spotlight. The light hits the screen and we are taken to a video package for The Rock! “The People’s Champion” will be inducted by “Stone Cold” Steve Austin the night before WrestleMania XXVI!Divas Championship Maryse [c] vs. Gail Kim w/ April LeeGail Kim made her way to the ring first, along with her good friend, the up and coming April Lee. They got cheered, but the Divas Champion got some great heat as she came down. She oddly had hairspray with her as she sprayed her hair before the match began. The bell rang and Kim went for a collar and elbow tie up, but Maryse raked her in the eyes, getting a warning from the official. She heeded the warning, but already had the advantage. She took Kim to the corner and choked her with her foot. Maryse then really showed that she’s improved as she busted out some new moves. She sent Kim off the ropes and hit a spinning backbreaker. Maryse smartly continued working on the back when she locked in a camel clutch. When it was obvious that Kim wouldn’t tap out, Maryse let go of the hold, but stomped on Kim’s back. She then taunted to the crowd for a little while, which was a mistake. She went back to Kim, but was rolled into a small package for a near fall. They quickly got up and Kim hit a flying head scissors. She followed that with a leg drop and the Toronto Slam [double leg slam]. She only got a near fall with that though. Kim climbed to the top and delivered a huge missile dropkick, but again Maryse kicked out at two. Kim climbed up again, but this time, missed the diving cross body. Maryse looked very worried about her title reign, so she grabbed the Divas Title, which was resting in the corner, and looked to nail Kim. The referee intervened and took the belt from her. He went to give it to the time keeper, allowing Maryse to take the hairspray and spray Kim in the eyes. Maryse tossed the spray can and delivered the French TKO for the tainted win. Winner and Still Divas Champion: Maryse [6:59] **April Lee got in the ring, and Maryse rolled to the outside. She grabbed her belt and celebrated as the crowd booed. Maryse told the entire WWE Universe to talk to her hand.
We are now taken backstage, where all the General Managers are in their office. A knock is heard and in steps the World Tag Team Champions, The British Alliance. They demand to know what the announcement regarding both Tag Team Titles are. John “Bradshaw” Layfield assures them that they will find out at the same time the rest of the WWE Universe does, which will be after the following match. They leave, still looking unsatisfied.
Now we cut away to see Ashley Valance standing by with CM Punk. She asks him about his thoughts heading into tonight’s huge match with Jeff Hardy. Punk says that his thoughts are simple. He’s going to go out there and beat Jeff Hardy, for one simple reason. Because he is better than him. Punk claims to be better than each and every person in this arena because he is Straight Edge. He also says that people are starting to understand his message and his followers are growing. We’ll find out exactly what he means by that, soon enough. Intercontinental Championship Fatal Four Way MatchKaval [c] vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Elijah Burke vs. Evan BourneDrew McIntyre was the first man out, and he got some heavy heat. Evan Bourne followed to the loudest pop of the match. Elijah Burke received a mixed reaction and rightfully so considering he is in the midst of a face turn. Kaval got booed all the way down, and suspiciously absent was Paul Bearer. Once the bell rang, the chaos in this match began. McIntyre and Bourne went right at each other, they have had problems since Drew’s debut. That allowed Kaval and Burke to go at it, and they went a different style. While Bourne and McIntyre brawled outside, these two tested each other’s abilities with some solid grappling. That lasted a while until McIntyre tossed Bourne over the guardrail and into the crowd. He came in the ring and nailed Kaval with a big boot. He then went to work on Burke, but was met with some stiff jabs from the former boxer. Burke then sent him into the corner and ran in with a huge forearm. Burke followed that with the Outer Limits Elbow, but Bourne broke up the count. Burke disliked that and hit Bourne with a back hand slap. Bourne retaliated with a huge kick to the head, sending Burke down and to the outside. Bourne climbed to the top and seemed like he was ready to hit the AirBourne on McIntyre, but Kaval got up. Bourne saw this and hit him with the diving double knee drop instead. He covered but just got a near fall. McIntyre was now on his way up and he chop blocked Bourne. He then set him up for the Scot Drop, but Kaval ran at him and nailed him with a stiff knee. Drew held onto Bourne, so as he fell, he connected with the Scot Drop anyway. Burke got back in and hit Kaval with a bridging German suplex for a near fall. He then sent Kaval into the corner and went for the Elijah Express, but Kaval moved out of the way. He then hit Burke with a rolling wheel kick. Kaval saw that Bourne was lying face down on top of McIntyre and he climbed to the top. He connected with the Warrior’s Way onto Bourne’s back, rolled him over and pinned him to retain. Winner and Still Intercontinental Champion: Kaval [13:20] ***½Kaval has shocked a lot of people by retaining his belt in this contest. His impressive five month reign as Champion continues despite Paul Bearer not being around tonight. After he left the ring, McIntyre began to get up. He looked disgusted at Bourne and lifted him for the Scot Drop again. Burke rolled back in the ring and beat him down, saving Bourne. He hit the Elijah Express on McIntyre, and then helped Bourne up. Burke patted him on the back and Bourne gave him thumbs up as Burke left.
A WrestleMania XXVI advertisement is shown. We return to see John “Bradshaw” Layfield, Theodore Long, Stephanie McMahon and Vickie Guerrero all in the ring. They call out both the WWE Tag Team Champions and the World Tag Team Champions. Both teams come to the stage, without any music. Stephanie says that all four General Managers have made a decision based on both sets of belts. Long announces that at WrestleMania XXVI, there will be a Tag Team Turmoil match and the winners of that match will be crowned the first ever Unified Tag Team Champions!! Both teams are shocked at the announcement. Vickie states that over the next few weeks there will be qualifying matches to determine the other four teams involved in this historic match! The crowd loves the idea of this match as they go crazy. A short video package showcasing the recent rivalry between ECW Champion Jack Swagger and Tommy Dreamer is shown. It focuses on the stipulation that if Dreamer loses he must tell the world that Jack Swagger is the heart of ECW, live on ECW this Tuesday.ECW Championship Jack Swagger [c] vs. Tommy DreamerTommy Dreamer came out first to a nice hand from the crowd. Jack Swagger confidently came down to the ring despite all the heat he got. He even stopped to do pushups on his way to the ring. Before the bell could ring, Swagger pounced on Dreamer. That early upper hand paved the way for Swagger throughout this match. He clearly targeted Dreamer’s back, which he severely injured many years ago in the original ECW. Swagger used a variety of suplexes, including vertical, German and gutwrench. He got a near fall after the final one, but stayed on Dreamer. He hit him with some high knee lifts, and then locked in the abdominal stretch. He used the ropes for added leverage, but the referee saw it and forced him to break the hold. Swagger looked at the beaten Dreamer and called for the finish. He hooked him for the Gutwrench Powerbomb, but Tommy back body dropped him. He then got his big rush of energy as he hit a bulldog on the Champion. Dreamer then nailed a pile driver and the Dreamer Driver for a near fall. He could feel victory and he set up for the DDT. He surprised everyone when he nailed it. Before he could get the cover though, Swagger rolled to the outside. Dreamer made his way to the apron and diving a front flip off of it and onto Swagger. He rolled him back into the ring and went for the DDT again. Swagger reversed it into a Northern lights suplex this time though for a near fall. Swagger then hit his slingshot splash in the corner, but didn’t go for the cover. He lifted Dreamer up and connected with the Gutwrench Powerbomb. He covered but Dreamer shockingly kicked out. Swagger couldn’t believe it. He lifted him and drilled the challenger with a second Gutwrench Powerbomb, this one putting away Dreamer. Winner and Still ECW Champion: Jack Swagger [10:19] **¾Jack Swagger celebrated with his Championship as the announcers commend Dreamer for his efforts. They do say that it will break him to call Jack Swagger the “heart and soul” of ECW.
We cut backstage where Josh Matthews is standing by with MVP. He asks MVP about the upcoming Elimination Chamber. Before he could answer, things are heard being tossed around. The camera turns to catch Shelton Benjamin, in a fit of rage over losing his belt, destroying items backstage. MVP laughs and goes back to the interview, but Shelton nails him from behind. He tosses the former WWE Champion into a wall, and then beats him down with a steel chair. Shelton then lifts MVP and throws him through a glass window. Shelton then takes the chair and chokes MVP with it. Officials rush the scene to stop Benjamin, who has lost it now that he isn’t World Champion.Jeff Hardy vs. CM PunkCM Punk was first to the ring, and he received some massive heat, especially impressive for a fresh heel turn. Jeff Hardy got the absolute loudest pop of the night as the crowd was insane for him. They were buzzing as these two stars were face to face in the middle of the ring. This match definitely had a big fight atmosphere. Punk kicked off the action with a disrespectful slap to Jeff’s face. Jeff quickly retaliated with some right hands. He sent Punk off the ropes and hit a big dropkick. Punk scurried to the outside for a breather. Jeff attempted a plancha to the outside, but Punk got out of the way. He pointed to his head and the camera clearly caught him saying “I’m smarter than him too.” Punk put the boots to Jeff and hit him with Snake Eyes onto the guardrail. He rolled Jeff into the ring and hit the Shining Wizard for a near fall. Punk quickly choked Jeff but stopped at the referee’s count of four. He lifted Jeff and sent him off the ropes, but Jeff came back with a flying forearm. Jeff seemed to grab the momentum as he sent Punk into the corner and connected with Poetry in Motion. He followed it with the Hardyac Arrest. Jeff climbed to the top and tried to finish this burst of energy with a Swanton Bomb, but Punk got his knees up. He hit Jeff with the tilt-a-whirl back breaker for a near fall. Punk locked in a bow and arrow submission, but Jeff managed to break the hold with a stiff elbow to the face. They both got up and Jeff went to run off the ropes, but Punk grabbed him by the hair and Jeff hit the mat hard. Punk picked him up and sent him into the corner, but Jeff quickly climbed up and hit the Whisper in the Winds. Jeff then connected with the Twist of Fate and covered, but Punk just managed to get a shoulder up. Jeff once again climbed up, seemingly for the Swanton, but Punk hit the ropes, causing Jeff to fall. Punk took him from the turnbuckle onto his shoulders. He went for the Go To Sleep, but Jeff blocked the knee with his forearm. He quickly kicked Punk in the gut and hit a second Twist of Fate. He climbed to the top and finally nailed the Swanton Bomb for the victory! Winner: Jeff Hardy [19:57] ****The crowd was ecstatic at Jeff Hardy winning and keeping his main event slot at WrestleMania XXVI. He celebrated along with the WWE Universe, but then stopped to ask for a microphone. The first thing he says is that it doesn’t matter who leaves St. Louis with the WWE Title tonight, because he’s already made his decision regarding who he will face at WrestleMania XXVI. Once he saw Randy Orton win earlier tonight, he promised himself that if he beat CM Punk tonight, he’d go straight for Randy. Jeff finishes the short promo by telling Randy that he’ll see him at WrestleMania!
A video is now played, showing Triple H’s run as WWE Champion. It also shows that he has won two previous Elimination Chambers. It then shows highlights of the other participants in the match.WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Triple H [c] vs. Batista vs. Edge vs. John Cena vs. Ted Dibiase Jr. vs. ?The first four Superstars came down and got into their respective Chambers. John Cena was the fifth man out as he was set to begin this match, and he got a fantastic pop. MVP was the only man not out, and everybody waited a long time for him. His theme eventually cut off and everyone was left confused. John “Bradshaw” Layfield’s theme hit as the Raw General Manager came out. He announced that due to Shelton Benjamin’s attack earlier tonight, MVP will not be able to compete in the Elimination Chamber. JBL said he has found a suitable replacement though. Christian’s theme hit as the crowd went nuts. Edge was in his Chamber looking furious. Christian and Cena shook hands at the sound of the bell and began to do battle. They put on some solid action for the first five minutes, but they were soon joined by Ted Dibiase. He went straight after Cena, who had just dropped Christian with a fisherman buster. Ted worked Cena over in the corner and hit him with a scoop slam. He followed that with a fist drop, before Christian connected with a spinning heel kick on him. Chrstian nailed him with some of his newer signature moves and got a near fall. At this point, the buzzer sounded and the WWE Champion entered the fray. HHH came in and hit Christian with a high running knee. He then delivered a knee to the face of Cena and connected with a spine buster on Dibiase. He was on fire and the crowd hated it. He lifted Cena and hit the Pedigree, but fell to the side after hitting it. He seemed to be in pain and looked to have hurt his leg. HHH dragged himself to the corner and the referee went to check on him. Christian went outside of the ring, where Dibiase had rolled to. Christian went to pick him up, but Ted low blowed him. He then tossed him into the Chamber. Cena joined the fray and eventually, grated Dibiase’s face across the steel, causing him to bleed. Batista was next to enter the match and he went right to HHH. He picked up his rival and delivered a Batista Bomb to shocking eliminate the Champion first! [Triple H: 15:18] Batista joined the action outside of the ring by brawling with Cena, while Christian and Ted re-entered the ring. These pairings continued until Edge entered the match as the final man. He went right to Christian and chop blocked him. Edge and Dibiase now worked together on Christian. Cena and Batista re-entered the ring and took it to them, while Christian rested in the corner. Christian rolled to the outside and Edge snuck away to follow. Edge stalked his brother and geared up for the Spear. When he went for it though, Christian was ready and moved, sending Edge right through one of the glass Chambers! Inside the ring, Batista had Ted set for the Batista Bomb, but he swept up “The Animal’s” legs and rolled through with a bridge for another shocking elimination. [Batista: 25:21] Dibiase made a huge mistake by celebrating this elimination as it led him right into an Unprettier from Christian, for another elimination. [Ted Dibiase Jr.: 26:07] Christian and Cena were now the only two men standing and the crowd roared with anticipation. These two began to battle, and the crowd ate it up. At the end of their altercation, Cena hoisted Christian up for the FU, but he wriggled free and got behind him. Christian hooked him and turned for the Unprettier, but was met with a vicious Spear from Edge. Edge covered him for the elimination! [Christian: 30:07] We were now down to Edge and Cena, who have been rivals for a long time. Cena was still a little out of it after his battle with Christian and Edge waited for him to get up. He went for the Spear, but Cena ducked a shoulder and lifted him for the FU. Edge tried to fight out of it, but Cena nailed it anyway. Both men were down though and Cena eventually crawled over to Edge. He covered but just barely got a near fall. Cena managed to get up first, but suddenly, a gong was heard. The lights in the arena began to flicker and Cena looked around. He looked towards the entrance ramp as the lights continued to flicker. Edge was up though and he delivered a sick looking Spear to Cena from behind. Edge covered and became the new WWE Champion! Winner and NEW WWE Champion: Edge [33:33] ****¼The lights stopped flickering and the crowd began to boo. The Elimination Chamber was raised to the rafters and Edge was handed the WWE Title. Edge called 2009 the worst year of his career since he fell short in his numerous attempts to win a World Title, but tonight he came through. He is now a seven time Champion. The crowd and announcers were still buzzing at what was apparently a sign from The Undertaker to John Cena. Everybody wants answers, but right now the moment belongs to the “Rated R Superstar”© WWE 2010

- Had a feeling that Benjamin wouldn't walk in Mania with the World title. Orton winning is great. Hopefully Jeff Hardy wins and the two of them face off at Mania. Kofi's performance in the match was outstanding. - The Rock in the HOF is epic. Steve Austin inducting is amazing - Maryse retaining is good. Hopefully Kim gets a rematch somewhere down the road. - Shocked that Kaval retained the gold. I can see him and Burke having a one on one match on Raw soon or maybe even at Mania. - Can't wait for the tag team turmoil. - Swagger retaining is great. Should be interesting to see Dreamer declare him the heart and soul of ECW - Shelton's attack on MVP definitely sets up a match for Mania. Should be amazing. - Hardy keeping his main event spot for Mania means that him and Orton will probably go at it. That should be great as well. - Shocked that Triple H lost the title. I figured that at least one of the chamber matches would see a title change, but not both. Edge winning the gold is good and it sets up an Edge vs. Christian match at Mania. Nice to see that this match planted the seeds for Cena vs. Taker. - A very good PPV that shapes up WrestleMania very nicely. Great job.

-Orton with the WHC is epic. Figured that Benjamin wouldn't win as it'd be too amazing for him to last this. -Maryse over Kim is good since the dirty finish went along with it. -Very shocked to see Kaval retain. I think McIntyre is out of the picture leaving Burke or Bourne who have had some great matches on here. -Tag Turmoil for the Unified Tag Team Championships should be great! Can't wait to see who wins! -Swagger beating Dreamer was expected. I don't see Dreamer naming Swagger as the heart and soul of ECW but if he does, it'll be great for Swagger's career. -Thank god Hardy won. TBH, I have butterflies in my gut for this one. That's just how good it was. Hardy/Orton has been long awaited and it should be fantastic. -I figured Edge would win as I have my doubts for Cena. Like I said before, the fact that my favorite wrestler is even a candidate to face Taker at WM, is fantastic. Cena/Taker at WrestleMania is my call. -Great PPV; Kev, you are the man!

No Way Out, as I expected, Randy Orton walks out as the World Heavyweight Champion, which undoubtedly means Jeff Hardy will defeat CM Punk later on tonight. I am intrigued as to what you will do with Shelton Benjamin now though, I'm struggling to think what he can do. I also like that you put over Kofi Kingston's efforts, he's a sure future Main Eventer. I was hoping to see Gail Kim defeat Maryse for the Divas Championship, tbh. Extremely shocked to see Kaval retain the Intercontinental Championship, didn't expect that at all. I was expecting any of the others, everyone but Kaval. I am kind of glad he retained though, but I think his next defence will be his last. Good decision to keep the ECW Championship on Jack Swagger, he needs the reign, but if the title is defended at WrestleMania, then I see him losing it. As predicted, Jeff Hardy defeats CM Punk and keeps his WrestleMania match, and challenges Randy Orton to a World Heavyweight Championship Match. That should be good, and I hope if it does actually Main Event that some stipulation is added. I was shocked to see Edge win the WWE Championship, I was thinking Christian would cost him or something, leading to a non-title match at WrestleMania. However, now it looks like your going for a WWE Championship match between the two. No Way Out was great and I'm so looking forward to WrestleMania, great job, Kev!

WWE No Way Out: Sunday 21st February 2010...Seemed like a likely opening contest for the World Heavyweight Championship in Elimination Chamber, very likely new World Heavyweight Chmpion, and as predictable we saw Randy Orton win. I am wondering what will go on headed into WrestleMania XXVI now though. And yeah, two years in a row victorious as champion in Elimination Chamber is irky when you've written shows for the last two years. John Morrison I wish was given a slightly longer chance. Chris Jericho was thrown out earlier. Massive opportunity for Kofi Kingston. Maryse beating Gail Kim is fine for a filling bout between big matches: good win for the WWE Divas Champion. Another title match I am getting unsure about. I feel like Kaval is reaching the end of his WWE Intercontinental Championship reign, now could have been the best time to end it. Drew McIntyre it's too soon for perhaps, but Elijah Burke and Evan Bourne (whom have both had many failed attempts at the belt) I would have liked to see winning. Saw Jack Swagger beating Tommy Dreamer; decent ECW Championship defense. Jeff Hardy and CM Punk in my mind should have gone into WrestleMania XXVI for definite. Hopefully Punk still gets involved in the match with Orton, because that doesn't seem that apetizing for a main event at WrestleMania, especially when they fought at Royal Rumble. Lastly, predictable next WWE Championship Elimination Chamber bout win for Edge. You can easily tell he is going to face Christian. Good show, wasn't liking Triple H going out first though. The Undertaker's prescence seemed good, however. A decent show, but it really seemed average, in which Edge and Orton won the Chambers and they were the only titles that did in a show that had one match not for a title. In addition, for a show where there are two Elimination Chamber bouts in a three-hour pay-per-view; isn't six maybe one or two bouts too extreme? Could have gone without Maryse/Kim really. I'm sort of concerned about direction headed into WrestleMania XXVI now.

2/22/10 Edition-The reason behind Triple H's early exit from the Elimination Chamber was due to injury. He was scheduled to drop the belt last night anyway, but wasn't supposed to be the first one eliminated. He injured his leg and went straight to the hospital last night. Triple H will have to miss a few months of action with a leg injury. No estimated timetable for his return is set. -MVP will miss two weeks of programming, but his injury is kayfabe. He'll be out putting over the attack from Shelton Benjamin last night. Expect a Shelton/MVP match at WrestleMania possibly. -A lot of people were surprised to see Kaval retain the Intercontinental Championship. Don't expect his reign to last much longer, he retained because too many Titles have changed hands in Fatal Four Way matches this year and WWE didn't want that to become a predictable, recurring thing. -Expect the return of the Brand Warfare match at WrestleMania, except this year, it will involve all three brands.

WWE No Way Out: I just want to say that I am REALLY looking forward to this Kev. Amazing graphics, just amazing. Starting with a Chamber is a good decision, it's a good looking chamber at that. Don't like Morrison eliminated first, but it's because I'm a fan of his. However, the decison made sense and The codebreaker/RKo didn't make him look weak. Shocked to see Jericho eliminated so early on. Sheamus was probablt the least likely to win this match, so his elimination was not shocking. Shelton's eliminated!? wow, new World Champion then, it'd make sense for it to be Orton and it is. Love Kofi getting so far though, looking forward to a push for him. Randy vs. Jeff at Mania, I'm guessing. Maryse retaining is good news, as is the spray can to the eyes for the dirty finish. I'm guessing that the titles are to be unified. Kaval retaining is fine, but he's had the title a while now, I'd like to see someone newish take the title. Burke as a face seems like he could be gunning for the title now. Love the tag team turmoil idea, Londrick and The Alliance joined by four other teams sounds classic. I myself, am rooting for The Dudebusters. Swagger retaining was expected. I liked that Dreamer kicked out of the Gutwrench. Hoping Tomym can get atleast a month with the belt before he retires though. Oh my! Shelton attacks MVP? I love it, that match will be great at Mania. I wonder who'se going to replace MVP, probably Christian. Jeff vs. Punk was a VERY good match, Hardy winning was almost guarenteed though. Good to see Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton set for the Grandest Stage of them All. This match will be the most unpredictable. Christian, told ya, I wasn't to surprised there which means it was a good decision. Holy crap! shocked to see the Game eliminated first, I knew this was to be unpredictable. wow. And now, Batista is eliminated? another shocker, I love it. Classic elimination of DiBiase, love it. Edge eliminating Christian is good. I sense a victory for the Rated R Superstar now. Uh Oh, that just basically confirmed Undertaker vs. Cena for WrestleMania, I love it. Edge winning the WWE Championship is perfect. You've set up loads of Mania matches from this pay-per-view: Christian vs. Edge, Hardy vs. Orton, Tag Team Turmoil, MVP vs. Shelton, Undertaker vs. Cena and ofcourse the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. This has just hooked me more than ever before. Great, Great write up with an entertaining show to boot. Can't wait Kev, for the next few weeks.

- Nice to open up with the World Title EC match; expected win by Orton. - Was pulling for Kim to win here, but Maryse is okay to stay as champion. - Very surprised to see Kaval retain, I can't say I'm that happy about it, would've liked Bourne to win. - Ah yes, as expected a title unification will take place. A turmoil, however, is certainly original. - Swagger retaining was definitely the right call, as he needs a good lengthy reign. - Shelton taking out MVP, eh? Expecting an inter-promotional match to take place. - Hardy winning, and then challenging for Randy Orton, is expected and good. - Lastly, a good choice of a main event and Taker costing Cena the match to Edge, definitely puts in set ups for Cena vs Taker and Edge vs Christian at WrestleMania 26.
A good pay-per-view, and definitely sets Mania well.

I must say that I love No Way Out, man, just read it, probably the best PPV of the year in this story man, honestly, I loved it, I really did.
I am so happy my boy Orton won the WHC, I am so ecstatic that I am probably the most happiest person alive. Orton as WHC going into Mania, I love it, Orton is back where he belongs in the main event as the champion going into Mania 26, I hope and pray to God Orton retains his title against Jeff Hardy at Mania.
Because Hardy he doesn't have what it takes to be in the same ring as my man Randy Orton, Hardy is a daredevil, a danger addict, a drug addict like how CM Punk would so describe him as being, and Hardy he just doesn't have what it takes anymore to win the big one at Mania.
I mean he lost at Mania 25 to his brother Matt, Mania 24 he was suspended, Mania 23 he lost MITB, my point being Jeff at Mania he just downright sucks, that is my honest opinion of Jeff Hardy, and at Mania 26 he is going to come up short yet again and lose to my man Orton at Mania 26.
I expected Maryse to retain her title against Gail Kim, I really did as Gail Kim has gotten too stale for my taste, and I was hoping April Lee, Gail's protegee April would turn on Gail, and April go heel, but it looks like that won't happen. Maryse I fully expect her to retain her title until Mania then lose it to whoever I guess.
I also love Kaval for the fact that he is still the Intercontinental Champion, and he did all of it without any help from Paul Bearer or Kane, and that he can be successful all on his own, awesome match from Kaval. I fully expect Kaval to qualify for MITB at Mania so that way Kaval doesn't have to defend his title at Mania 26
Swagger retaining, I especially feel that as he is the face of ECW, out with the old that being Tommy Dreamer, and in with the new that being Swagger as he is here to stay and I fully expect him to be ECW Champion for a long, long time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tag-team turmoil announcement to crown the first ever WWE Unified Tag Team Champions, it is about time that it has happened, and now I am loving it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shelton taking out MVP, why, what's the deal with this, what's going on there, why would Shelton just attack MVP for no good reason and take him out costing MVP essentially a chance to become WWE Champion once again? I don't get it, but I fully expect to see them face off at Mania and for their match to hopefully steal the show
Edge vs Christian, please let it happen at Mania 26, please, please, please, and hopefully Christian wins his first WWE Title at Mania 26 in a real nail biter of a match, five-star instant classic in the making
I love that Taker cost Cena the match, I think I was the only guy who loved it when I heard the gong go off in your story, and the flickering of the lights, love that, setting up Cena/Taker for Mania 26, and Taker can say how Cena cost him the chance of becoming WHC at the Royal Rumble when Cena threw him out, Streak vs Superman Match I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HHH I didn't expect him to get injured the way he did, but since HHH is most likely out for a while, and we won't see him for months, hopefully HHH when he comes back, that HHH he returns as a face when he comes back and that HHH when he comes back it can be sooner than any of us expect and when he does, he will be the WWE Champion again

-Great way to open No Way Out with the World Title EC. Especially with the win. -Maryse still as champ is fine with me. -Kaval retaining was shocking, but it was good with me. -Unifying the Tag Titles, great idea. -Swagger winning was a good choice, to give him a great title run -Shelton letting lose his anger on MVP is fine, seeing as he lost his first World Title. -Hardy beating Punk is good, and then challenging Orton is decent. -Edge winning the WWE title EC is great, especially when it sets up Cena vs Taker at Mania. Good No Way Out
