Definetly TV title. The Legend's Title is completely pointless and one of the dumbest things I've seen out if TNA. TV Title could maybe (doubtful) help put over some of their talent not quite good enough for the World strap.

IC but named something else. They need more champions with talent. Instead of two big name championships (legends title and world title) and 3 talent titles (X,tag,Knockout).
