New Jason Hockey Mask: 2009 remake mask

NOTE: Before reading...we decided many months ago when I started making these that this is the section that these should go in. It's been discussed amongst staff. So please...it would be appreciated if "This doesn't go here" comments be checked at the door. Thanks!

Here I am again with the first mask I've done since back in the summer. This time I decided to attempt making a mask from the 2009 remake. I didn't want to get a full sized one and screw up on the painting since (thought it may not look like it) this is actually a pretty complicated paint job. So I decided to give it a try with a mini first. I'm very happy with how it turned out

And I'm sure a lot of you have caught the pic I snapped of the last mini I made (part VII) of my Cat Bella wearing it...It ended up on the cat cheezeburger site or whatever. Anyway...she wanted this one too while I was taking pics...





So...

She got it



This mask is worn in the film by actor Derek Mears. Thus, making my cat "The Mear Cat" ;D
