Does anyone have a complete listing of the mini figure rings, figures and accessories from the late 90s?
I remember:
WRESTLEMANIA ring - with WWF title and: Bret Hart Shawn Michaels Owen Hart Vader Undertaker Sycho Sid
RAW IS WAR ring - with cage and IC title and: GOLDUST (with removable wig) STONE COLD MANKIND HHH FAAROOQ AHMED JOHNSON
ROYAL RUMBLE ring - with ladder and chair and: PAUL BEARER with URN (non-removable, part of Bearer mould) BRITISH BULLDOG LEGION OF DOOM (with removable shoulder pads) MARC MERO JERRY LAWLER
Sadly, after the Rumble ring, Jakks for some reason made the figures smaller so they were slightly out of scale.
KING OF THE RING ring - with cloak and crown and: SUNNY ROCKY MAIVIA HEADBANGERS SAVIO VEGA BRIAN PILLMAN
SURVIVOR SERIES ring - with dumpster, trashcan and: CHAINSAW CHARLIE (with chainsaw) CACTUS JACK NEW AGE OUTLAWS STONE COLD in t-shirt and jeans KANE
SUDDEN THREAT ring - with dumpster, cage and WWF title: THE ROCK STONE COLD in different t-shirt HEADBANGERS CACTUS JACK KANE
I believe there may also have been another set that included repaints of the New Age Outlaws. But aside from cages and stair launchers, have I missed any accessories or wrestlers?
Also, did the later 4-way match rings with extreme theming and Maximum Sweat-esque figures contain any usable/sensible accessories for these earlier figures? I believe there was a casket and a hearse in that series.

No Mercy included Stone Cold Steve Austin (basically a re-release or slight repaint of the Raw Is War ring figure), HHH (in BCA Fully Loaded Series 1 attire), Undertaker (in BCA Shotgun Saturday Night Series 1 attire), Mankind (in BCA Superstars Series 3 attire), and New Age Outlaws (in BCA Fully Loaded Series 1 attires).
It came with a ladder, chair, trashcan, turnbuckle launcher, and crowd/guard rails for the accessories.

I figure you're gonna have the answer to this as much as anyone, sir - any idea why they scaled down the figures after the first few rings? The only thing I can think of is to make them better scaled with the ring itself, but I'd say it was a bad move - better to make them in scale with the older figures.

What was those figures? They were similar to the ones you mentioned, but were a lot bulkier but came with the same ring? I remember having the Buried Alive set.

You might be right about them being scaled down to fit in better with the size of the rings, but it is possible that something in the final stages of development caused the size of the molds to shrink to a slightly smaller size. I'm really not sure why this was done, but I would assume that it had to do with creating a new standard scale for them, as the original figures were out of scale with the ring.
I prefer the look of the original figures, though, as they were kind of what you would expect miniature BCA figures to look like.
Edit: Also, the Brawl-4-All line of figures were around 4 inches tall each, so it is possible that their weapons and/or accessories could be usable for the BNB line, but I'm not entirely sure.

The Survivor Series ring came with a cage also.
I still have it. Also......loved that thing.
And about the size change....it's noticeable. I somehow came to own the Jerry Lawler and he's huge when compared to the SS set.
