...and had this been the 1940's or 1950's there wouldn't be an issue...but...it's not. Didn't the Brawl 4 All ring have four ropes too? It would...it was a boxing ring.

A couple weeks ago, I received a message on MySpace from some random person linking to this thread. Apologies on my tardiness. I check my MySpace account sporadically at most.
Sucka, I read your commentary on something that happened at a forum I once operated. While I do not remember what you mentioned, I do remember things being a bit crazy during that period in my life. Considering it is prominent enough to be remembered, I apologize. As many of you should know, Sucka is perhaps the nicest, most genuine person to frequent WrestlingFigs.
While I now occasionally post at VA, I would also like to take this opportunity to clear some things between myself and a ragtag bunch best remembered as the 'Inner Circle.' Unbeknownst to anyone outside of my brother and a close friend, I had proposed to my girlfriend of two years in the beginning of 2007. Unfortunately, in the middle of 2007, things happened. I simply lost control of things. Many things happened. Some relationships, offline and online, were severed. I say this only to clarify any possible misunderstandings. I seek nothing other than possible clarification. I have since moved forward.
Hello, Andy. I hope your pro-wrestling work is paying off. Tim (SYE), you were quite a dashing DDP-pirate. Forty, you still suck 'teh pnz.' Jay, your animal advocacy work is admirable. JC, I honestly do not remember anything about you other than your initials. I offer apologies on what ever unfavorable memories you remember. Sean (the formerly Emo one), I remember your Photoshop abilities and love of photography. Sean (the Movie one), if you read this, I offer you a drink if you ever visit, you assh_le.
Brian, you are still a hero of mine, and I wish I had your beard-growing and vocal abilities. J.J., I had fun during our rendezvous. You are a delightful, witty person. Lisa, Nick, Alex, and Ross: hello. Calvin and Steve, I wish you good luck with your most promising futures. Ben, powered by the almighty Frog Towel suit. JMC, the College Years; coming to NBC in 2412. Pat, you hairy mother-f_cker. Free Doogle.
Just for the record, I never liked being branded as, or the title, 'the Inner Circle.' It was like a scarlet letter placed on the collar of a specific group of friends. I also did not appreciate being referred to as the 'leader' of the Inner Circle. We were all equals. If anything I was merely a figurehead. And wWo was one of my favorite WrestlingFigs events. While I enjoy my present online residence, wWo could only have happened at WrestlingFigs.
In hindsight, I reckon most fun things that happened during the golden age could only have happened at WrestlingFigs. I offer a nod to Jay for allowing it. I'm sure he could have stopped it at any moment. Of course, Brian deserves a lot of praise for allowing such fun to transpire. Brian was a great community manager, in that regard. Only a few people know how much work he did for the community.
I admit it is neat to be mentioned in a memorial thread. Those graphics and videos I made, nicknames I coined, and events I partook and helped develop were fun. I see those things and am reminded of a simpler time that I enjoyed immensely. It is a credit to everyone who participated during those years.
And before I forget about these details, let me introduce myself. Hello, I am Chase Murata, and I:
+ was the figurehead of the legendary Inner Circle
+ gave the name the Lounge to the general discussion board in 1999 after watching a Comedy Central special titled Lounge Lizards that featured the Amazing Jonathan
+ ran various events to keep the community fresh, including Karaoke Idol and the original Classic Gaming Roundtable
+ created various graphics and videos to keep the community entertaining
+ was a moderator of multiple boards at multiple times, and even had a short-lived session as an Administrator
+ co-created the Comic Book board with J.J.
And with all these things finally said, I wish the best for you all. Good bye again.
