This is strictly for argument sake. I will always feel Anderson/Blanchard is the greatest Tag Team ever. Some will say Steiner Brothers, Bulldogs or Hart Foundation. However LOD usually tops most peoples lists. When asked "Why LOD?" The response is "They've done it all. NWA, WCW, WWF, AWA Tag titles" But now lets take a look at what Team 3D has done in their career....
-ECW Tag Titles (8x)
-WWF Tag Titles (9x)
-NWA Tag Titles (1x)
-WCW Tag Titles (1x)
-TNA Tag Titles (1x)
-IWGP Tag Titles (1x)
Basically they have held the tag titles in every major company in the past 10 years. Sure the WCW one can come with an * since they were owned by WWE but it was still part of WCW linage and if nothing else the WCW Tag Team division was a lot better in WWE then it was in the final days of WCW.
So where do you rank Team 3D/Dudley Boyz as an all time tag team?

It's hard to say who is the best, but they really do have to be considered. In terms of generating heat in a more modern era when it was hard to do, they were absolute masters. Everyone hated them in ECW and if you like them, chances are if they saw you in the crowd they would humiliate you too. Awesome heels. They get a lot of criticism, but I think they are probably the last great tag team we will see for quite some time.

Having titles everywhere means nothing... NOD may have only won the WWF, but that was because they were good enough to stay in the same place for their entire time....

It's not really a matter of how many title belts you've won (especially as a tag team). None of their reigns are really that memorable. Plus, I can't recall any great matches they have had that didn't involve a hardcore stipluation. And LOD was so big that they could main event live events. The Dudleyz Boyz have never been close to that, aside from really small crowds in ECW.

I will put it like this, Team 3D is great and they added a lot to the fed and ECW.
The WCW titles were already WWE's so that is just dumb IMO.
They have won titles in Japan but has that made them bigger draws anywhere else?
They really only made an impact in the fed and definitely for ECW.
Ratings and buy rates don't shoot through the roof when they are around, but for LOD, Steiners, even the Hart Foundation you saw a dramatic increase in revenue for their respective companies. So I can't really say that Team 3D was all that successful.

Although I like Bubba and D'von I don't see them being the greatest tag team ever.
Yeah, looking at the championships they've held you could come to that conclusion, but you can't base it solely on that.
Personally, my faves are the New Age Outlaws, Hardy Boyz, E&C, and the Dudleys.

I personally would put them probably around 7th, they're a great TT, but IDK about best ever, or even top 5.
