For those wondering, what TNA said on tonight's PPV regarding Kevin Nash is a shoot. Nash was hospitalized earlier today in Charlotte, NC with a severe staph infection in his elbow and there is a strong fear he may have blood poisoning.
I am told it's a really serious infection and there is a lot of concern backstage for Nash's well being.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To answer a ton of emails, no Ric Flair isn't backstage in Charlotte at the PPV.
Nikita Koloff, Johnny Fairplay and Shannon Moore are backstage visiting, however.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TNA Knockouts champ Awesome Kong has suffered a back injury, PWInsider.com has confirmed. She isn't expected out of action long but will be missing the European tour that commences this Friday.
I'm not sure when Kong suffered the injury yet but word was making the rounds during the middle of last week, although I was unable to get a confirmation at that time. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Normally I would say that he was set to job since he's getting hurt right around a PPV.
But hopefully he's okay, as I believe the staph infection was hurting him back around BFG 05.

Staph infections suck, I've had one and it was just downright brutal.
Poor guy, especially at his age.

Man, I hate Kevin Nash, but right now, I hope everything goes well. Staph infections are serious things, and I hope he has a speedy recovery. He'll be in my prayers.

Wow TNA is getting more injury prone than Nash's knees.
