Yes you make a valid point, but why does it bother you so bad. Especially when you know it's a trend that has never escape a generation of owners. I say,
complaining unless you don't like what you get when you get it.I mean say you go to a restaurant, if you don't like the wait, you probably should just opt to leave(example, not me saying for you to quit)
Complaining to the waiter/waitress will more than likely piss off the cook.
Of course though, I'm contradicting myself, because it's by far worse to complain and expect something better in return.
I suck at examples.
