Well . . . since Rev asked nicely . . . I'll be sure to repost. As stated before, though, the rant won't be word-for-word. I'll try and keep it as close as possible . . . but we'll see what happens.

I'm giving a extension to everyone until tomorrow evening due to the board glitch. There shouldn't be an extension. This is why you save things in microsoft word. So you can repost something in 30 seconds. If anything this extension should be 30 seconds long. I knew this weeks' extension would use that as an excuse.. ps say all you want about me bitching, you know I'm right. |

I mean its not possible at all that someone could have posted an RP pre deadline, then not log on for a couple of days and not realize that their RP has been deleted. Yeah. Not possible at all. And we know that everyone in the universe has a word processor on their computer as well. So there is no excuse. Because that Word processor is built in to the actual processor of the machine, thus for a computer to exist, it has to have one. Yeah Calvin you are a god. |

In that case I th ink someone would know that person posted a rp already, so that's really not an extension. Unless people dont' raed rps, which also happens a lot here so I suppose in that case you are right. No one reads rps and so no one knows when people posted rps already. That's basically what you said. |

There really shouldn't be an extension, honestly. A deadline is a deadline. What's the point of making one if all we ever do is extend them? It's rather unfair to the one's that post on time.
Just because the boards malfunctioned doesn't mean there were no other ways to work on an RP? Why should we all have to wait for results that much longer?

That's nice but majority of that doesn't apply. To my understanding Deville was the only one who posted something that was lost (in terms of Loaded). In that case Deville is the only one who should be granted an extension (unless it happened to other people, in which they should be granted an extension obviously). I doubt like 10 guys posted stuff on Thursday, but maybe I'm just cynical. I mean, if you didn't lose something what could the excuse possibly be? "Well, I saw the board had a roll back so I figured I should not continue writing, even though it was quickly explained by Jack." Like Deville I'm getting kind of irked that it seems every week there's an extension. What's the point in even having a deadline? Obviously when you have someone who always post stuff before the scheduled deadline they'll feel annoyed when it's continually pushed back, but I guess that's just the luck of the draw and what pisses me off pleases someone else. *shrugs* Whatever. But if I ever need an extension I better get it, no questions asked.  |

every week there's an extention, and this week has absolutely no  ing reason. Two roleplays were posted during the lost time frame. Deville and Jake Slash for house show. I was on almost the entire time during said lost space, and those two roleplays, like 2 pages of GD, and a fight in Dead Idol's roleplay, as well as someone from 2002 announcing they were returning and several people making snide comments, is ALL that happened. we need to just start sticking with set deadlines and if people don't roleplay on time, they lose. if it happens 3 or 4 times, they are gone from the fed. we've got more than enough undercarders that we can do this.. |

Oh and I'd also like to point out to Burton, if you don't have word, I am pretty sure you have notepad. or even word pad. I know every computer has those or a version of them.

You can also download free word like documents now, and if all else fails, write it on pen and paper
