I never watched this Raw at the time, only the weekend highlight show. But just saw this clip from the Godfather vs Road Dogg match on Youtube: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Ko0oL60Q1IgIt's so crass... Hos in black funeral dresses? And Road Dogg's promo was awkward - did he really have to do the "doggy style" bit on the tribute show? I think I recall Billy Gunn doing an "If you're not down with Owen Hart, I got two words for ya!" at the time too.

Also, I found Austin toasting Owen, a bit dis-tasteful.

Also, I found Austin toasting Owen, a bit dis-tasteful. Why?

I guess owen wouldn't have wanted people being too miserable in his tribute show - as he was a very lively and jovial guy himself

When I met Owen he seemed like the kind of guy that would want the boys to be the boys and have fun with it. He seemed like the kind of guy that would get bothered if people were really serious.

I dunno why, but just think it was. He didn't have to do it. I honestly don't understand why he shouldn't have done that. That was Austin's own way of saying goodbye and giving Owen one final toast.

Outside of Benoit tributes (which still choke me up), I always get teary eyed during the Owen Raw
