Popular games, that you might not have gotten around to playing, or finishing.
I'd say, for me. Would be Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I've only made it about 20-30 minutes into it. Kept getting bored and quiting. Do it a lot actually.
I never really got into starfox, so i haven't played much of that.
Never got too far in the original sonic games (Only sonic i've beaten is one of the gba "sonic advance" games)
I never got too far in the ORIGINAL Mario 64. (I did however get far in mario 64 ds.. I have like 90+ stars or something)
Never got far in the Donkey Kong Country games, or Kirby games either.
there's a crapload more, I just can't think of them at the moment.

I could never beat The Ocarina of Time when I was a kid, but I have been playing it lately to try and beat it.

I've never finished a Mario game or Donkey Kong, ever.
Never really played a Zelda game, tried Ocarina of Time but not for long.

I've never played a single Zelda game, but i finished all the Donkey Kong games on SNES about 10-20 times each during my childhood, with my greatest being finishing Donkey Kong Country in a day at the age of 7.

Honestly, I rarely "beat" games anymore. I don't find myself all that intrigued by most of the single player modes.

I've never beaten a MGS game. Just not my type of game. Same. I always try to like me but I usually put it down after a few minutes.

Never played a Zelda game. Just have no interest in it.
Never beat any of the Sonic games unless I use the level select codes. I can NOT beat that damn final boss of Sonic III. You are given a handful of rings if you're lucky then you face Robotnik which is a pain in the ass. Then you somehow have to survive Metal Sonic. I can't tell you the number of times I've tried and to this day can't beat that.
I have only beaten like two Mario games but I don't even know which ones anymore. Mario 64 was a pain for me and now I really don't care about it.
GTA San Andres was never finished. I liked the urban setting and stuff but the game itself was just dull. The story was boring/typical and the customization wasn't necessary.
Metal Gear is one of those games you have to play at least twice to fully grasp what is going on. I've found that to be the case with all of their games.
