what? hell no! How can you clamor for young talent to be pushed like Alex Shelley in one thread then call this a dream match and actually want it? An angle like this is something that TNA does too much of now and I think alot of fans would be even more ticked with Nash and his old decreped self limpin around in the ring chasin a world title. Nash needs to get back to managing the MCMG and being a comedy relief like he's been doing so well. Having grown up through the Monday night wars, there is a nostalgic part of me that would love to see these two guys... with such equal name value but who wrestled in completely different settings... step in the ring against one another. Call it a guilty pleasure... nostaligia standpoint...yes wrestling?  . Believe me if this was 2000 I'd be all for it but I'd hate to see Angle beatin up Kenny Rogers. if it leads to a one match thing, with no title on the line, I'd be ok with it, but that'd be the extent. |

Yeah, praising Steiners/3D but bashing the idea of Nash/Angle is pretty weak, tbh. At least Kevin Nash and Kurt Angle could make a match very fun and interesting to watch... not to mention it would be like the Bret/Diesel of the new millenium in one light. I wouldn't even care that the match might not be good, the interaction between two veterans like these who's styles/careers are so contrasted would be enough to sell me the DVD.

Another funny thing is the "both can't get new audiences"
WWE isn't trying and getting the same rating, TNA is trying EVERYTHING and ANYTHING and STILL getting the same rating.
Earlier this year WWE was getting high 4's and that was halfway trying. TNA trys everything possible and still gets 1.1 and the 1.0 all time average.
So stop making excuses for TNA
