Uhhh, the whole VKM Thing, Rhino chomping at ECW, Team 3D and their " Legacy " and Alot of previous WCW/WWE/ECW wrestlers always talking about their times in the company, this is TNA not WWE/WCW/ECW TNA is a new chapter in their Careers and they shouldn't look back all the f*cking time.
Im not against TNA, in fact I love TNA but when TNA keeps on referring to WWE and so on, It gets me pissed off, I mean all your doing is focusing attention on WWE, why not talk about hyping up the next PPV or even trying to get the audience to buy your merchandise?
Do you see CM Punk talking about his ROH days in the WWE? Or Alpha Male talking about his history with TNA?, No they don't and I think thats how TNA wrestlers should be, don't put attention on other companies.

The match between Frank Wycheck and James Storm has been changed, it's now Wycheck and Jerry Lynn vs Storm and the returning Ron "The Truth" Killings...

Slammiversary looks incredibly weak. The only match that should be good is the KOTM match.

Wow, I remember when TNA's PPVs blew WWE's PPVs out of the water... now, not so much. Two good matches, three if you count Sting/Daniels. The rest is fodder. With the talent TNA has on its roster, there really is no excuse.

I think the card for Slammiversary looks pretty solid. I can't wait to see Young vs. Roode and LAX vs. Rhino, Harris & Hector. I've really been getting into these storylines and I really want to see what happens. The X-Division title match looks okay, hopefully Black Machismo wins and the Steiners vs. 3D should be pretty good, if the match happens. The rest of the card is decent and should still be good. What I'm really looking forward to though is KOTM, I've never seen one of these matches before, but judging by the promos and rules for it, it seems like a great concept. Plus when you have Styles, Angle, Cage & Joe in it, the match should be good. I'm hoping that Joe wins the match and he is my pick to win. Overall, it looks like a great PPV and is alot better than many recent PPVs that WWE has had.

KING OF THE MOUNTAIN MATCH Christian Cage vs. Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles vs. ?? -Should be pretty good, I hope to see alot of innovative spots. Steiner Brothers vs. Team 3D ( c ) -Another great booked match, but will be bad match quality as both teams aren't very good wrestlers anymore. Chris Sabin ( c ) vs. Jay Lethal -Will be the best match of the night. Christopher Daniels vs. Sting -Great booking, but the match quality probably won't be to good. FREEDOM MATCH Eric Young vs. Robert Roode with Ms. Brooks -Will be terrible as Roode is a terrible wrestler and Young isn't to good either. Frank Wycheck & Jerry Lynn vs. James Storm & Ron Killings -Uhh...weirdest booking of all time? Hopefully Lynn carries this match since everyone else sucks other than Killings. Rhino & Chris Harris with Hector Guerrero vs. Latin American XChange with Konnan -This should be a decent match at best, I love me some Homicide. I hope it's not the typical TNA brawl that usually happens with guys like Rhino and AMW..those are so stupid. Mr. Backlund vs. Alex Shelley -What the ? Worst...Shelley deserves so much better than this crapbooking. Voodoo Kin Mafia with Lance Hoyt vs. Basham & Damaja with Christy Hemme -Will be a total botchfest as VKM sucks and Bashams are decent.

Why isn't TNA acknowledging that Steiner got hurt at a house show and can't compete. I hope they don't wait untill the ppv to do it. I mean, a lot of people might order this ppv under the impression that this somewhat dream match will happen and it wouldn't be fair if you waited until the ppv to tell them it's not after they paid for it. That's wwe-like and TNA should be better than that.

LOL obviously thats the point. It wouldnt be smart for business if they said scott wont be there and have people potentially not order the ppv.

Anyone else think the fifth man could possibly be Sabu? I'm not really in the loop as far as his WWE contract specifics went, or whether or not he's touring with JCW, but its a though.

I believe Sabu is under a 90-Day no compete clause, so seeing him is doubtful.

TNA posted this 1/2 hour ago about Steiner.
Last night during the Road to Slammiversary special, there was *Final participants subject to change under the Steiner vs. 3D match-up screen.
Also there was a match-up screen that show LAX vs. Rhino & SENSHI w/ Hector Guerrero with Chris Harris missing and *Card subject to change underneath.

NEW MATCH CONFIRMED:
I just tuned it to the channel the PPV will be airing on to order it, and while watching the countdown/preview show they had airing, Jeremy Borash announced Tomko vs. Abyss. There was also a graphic shown, so it's confirmed.

Pre-show is on now. It opened with a video showing some cool moments. However, I hate the fact that they always have to cram that Hogan footage in somewhere, as if he played a significant role in the company at one point.

More confirmation. JB just hyped LAX's match, and it is indeed against Senshi and Rhino. However, The Steiners are still advertised.

This show looks really bad, one of the worst TNA has put together in quite some time.
