The lips needs to be black, the eyes need black around them, the forehead should actually be greyish plus the armbands are wrong and the chest doesnt look right. Sorry but im not too fond of it, its an 'ok' effort.
Also could do without that smudge effect you used on the writing in the post.

it does look kinda sloppy. if it was smoother it would be better. cuz if its smooth u could get away with sloppy. jeff hardy is the kind of person that sloppy isnt exactly bad.

I know it should have that stuff, its not quite done. the armbands i did not do though, but im gonna get new arms for him. I painted the forehead black then dabbed it with a paper towel, thats the best i can do cuz i dont have gray paint. Sorry; ill post finished pics soon!  EDIT: What "smudge effect"? |

if its not finishd yet then it should go in custom discussion and
[shadow=red,left,300]this is the smudged effect[/shadow] that kaneisdaman was on about and its actually shadow lol
so anyway the 'custom' is a fix up but its ok and needs more work and thats good cause its not finished...and as others said you need grey on the fore head and correct arms etc....
not tbh i recomend for you to get a new head and use grey or just mix black and white instead..
and some advice would be to TAKE YOURE TIME...mor etime then the more accuracy you can get in and just take it step by step..
other than that its ok for a 2nd ever 'custom' and keep up the good work cause you can only get better

heyy, this is not bad at all. maybe for those sharp edges you should've used like a toothpick
