Bret Hart VS Terry Funk @ Wrestle Fest '97...
One of Terry Funk's 'supposed' retirement matches. Great match though.

Great emotion in the air that night, as the ECW locker room was there, and Paul E handed Terry the Lifetime ECW World Championship... All good...I have the match as an extra on the Terry Funk Highspots Shoot Interview from 2002... As for me, after that match I watched The Brainbusters VS The Rockers, one of the matches from 'The Greatest Wrestling Stars Of The 80's' DVD...

Check out this classic, Ken Shamrock vs. the Undertaker at the first Backlash (1999). This might be one of the first times 'Taker started utilizing submission offense. Part I: Part II:

Funk vs. Sandman vs. Stevie Richards- Barely Legal 97 Looking back on this match, the coolest thing about ECW was the unpredictability factor. I mean, Stevie could very well have won the match, and gone on to face his sugar daddy Raven for the World title later on. when I started this thread it was because of this match.and yeah it was great.I was really rooting for Shamrock here Yeah, same. It's too bad Shamrock was never given the green light for a World Heavyweight title run until NWA-TNA.

Those were the days in TNA. BTW, speaking of ECW earlier, does anyone know where I can find Heatwave 98 & GAC 01 on DVD for a good price?
