I found 3 grapple gear packs at a local store for like 24.99 each, should I buy them? One is an announce table pack (w/chairs and monitors) one is a dumpster and a toilet and another weapon, and the last one is Undertaker's Graveyard (casket, headstones, and a shovel.) So, should I buy them?

Those sound like the original Grapple Gear sets produced back in 1998, which are, obviously, difficult to find nowadays that they are no longer in stores.
$24.99 is still a little steep, as I wouldn't pay anymore than $15 each for them (and they aren't worth $25 each either), so it's up to you whether or not you feel the price is justified.
Just remember, the parts were made for the BCA line and the casket and dumpster, in particular, do not hold RA or DA figures; the average smaller BCA mold will fit, though, but anything larger may be a tight fit or won't fit at all.

If you were to buy any, I'd go with that announce table set. Not only do you get a nice table and monitors, but the old school BCA chairs were the business.
