My friend found Moss Man at the Hometown, PA Walmart. He wasn't to thrilled at the $40 price. People are selling them for $80 on eBay

I was driving all over town yesterday looking to get a new tire for a decent price and stopped in Walmart, and my Walmart still has no MOTU other than leftover Masterverse Skelegod figs for $17 in the clearance section. I've told alphadeltaxray about their clearance prices, but this is another example. Seventeen dollars for Skelegod is insane at this point 😂 |

Stopped at the Walmart by work tonight. They actually had some new Origins figures: Webstor, Stinkor, Goddess, and LoP Beast Man. I was tempted but I already have them and the cards weren't good so I left them for someone else. They also had Point Dread. No Moss Man, though.

I picked up a Mossman today as well at Walmart. It was a clean box and in great shape so I went ahead and got it. 40 bucks is alot though and really don't want to open it haha. Hopefully these go down in clearance after a few months and I'll pick up another...but who knows how easy these will be to find in the future....but then again I found a flocked panthor for 4 bucks months ago so anything is possible.
Also picked up Roton for 6 bucks at the same place Walmart which is the cheapest I've seen so far... other Walmarts had them for 7 and 8 bucks at others...was like f it.... just get it for 6 bucks and stop driving around haha.

Received my Snake Mountain from Amazon yesterday. Was tripping out because the delivery guy left it outside of my work when they were closed. Drove like a mad man to pick up, luckily it was still there.

I got Snake Mountain yesterday, as well. I opened it and put it together today. Absolutely fantastic playset. They nailed the prison piece that attaches on both sides. The trap door dropping into it is especially great design. I personally think it's a big improvement over the netting. Thought was obviously put into the bridge and chains and how those broke off so easily on the original. Much better plastic this time around. I'm going to let my kids play with this one, but I'll absolutely grab a second to either display or just keep and store once the sales start hitting on it. Might be the best non figure thing they've done to-date for me.

Lady Slither going up for sale on Mattel Creations September 12 at 9am pt.
Seems a little weird for a MC Exclusive, but I'll take it. Not sure if it's a deluxe or a basic origins figure, but it does seem pretty big.

I think Lady Slither is supposed to have the snake body/tail and regular legs, so if that's true, that may be why it's on MC and/or why it may be a deluxe.
I guess I'll try to get her if I remember, but I have zero feelings on Lady Slither. I like them, but the Snakemen are my least favorite MOTU faction, so new(er) Snakemen characters don't grab me. Fang-Or is awesome, though, so maybe Lady Slither will be, too.
