That is brilliant for a first if it really is your first.
Move the joints to make it less stiff,and space out the movements more to eliminate choppiness.
Great work for a first though.

wow whats with all the newbies being so awesome at pivot in there first go?
to improve i suggest moving the backjoints a bit more , i think that the reaction was good but a bit to much as it the stcks move to the right .

2nd one: sweet sprites! he could of bent his knees to do the jump as he justs goes with out actully jumping, the blue guy dosent move until the actual move hes doing some strange pose but i love his reaction at the end. red needs a better end reaction also.

3rd one : i love it looks great! the reaction is perfect i just wanna know what the stick above is doing, i was expecting to see him jump.
