I was into pogs, too. Hell, as a kid, I'd collect any kind of crap like that.
Anyone remember WWF pogs? I remember there was one shop here that sold them like a year or so after they were "current" and I used to go there and buy them, and I was devastated when that shop ran out or sold them (whichever it was). They were called "caps" and released by Panini. Man, I used to be nuts on collecting all sorts of pogs and sticker albums and stuff like that.
I don't recall being into many fads. Jeans with bulletholes in them and fabric underneath. Football (soccer), but that's hardly a fad. It was for me, though.

Baggy jeans... That's really the only one I can think of. And I still wear fairly baggy jeans.

Slap bracelets. Remember those? Guilty. I had like 20 of those at my worst. I was also into pogs, which was one of the lamest things I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. My getting into a fad was pretty much a clear sign that the novelty had worn off. That's right, I was the @$$#ole who began participating like the day it ended. Now I do my own ricockulous stuff like wearing a lot of hair ties on my wrists and ankles. Hey, you never know when one is going to snap. Another fad you participated in - stealing someone's gimmick. Now cut it out!!

I was apart of the Power Rangers movement and I enjoyed Pogs. Other then those 2 I didn't really (and still don't) enjoy trends, fads, or whatever's "in".

Power Rangers, Pogs, Pokemon, Yu Gi Oh, Yo-Yos, just to name a few. I still think pogs are cool, I wish I still had mine. I lost my whole tube shaped container like 15 years ago. Even though yo-yos come back every few years, I started one of them with my friend in my elementary school as a 5th grader about 10 years ago. I owned like 5 different yo-yos and I would do tricks outside class before school every morning until the bell rang. My friends thought it was cool, so they bought some, which led to a bunch of other kids also buying some. It died shortly after a month maybe, but it was fun while it lasted.

I used to wear all that Gangster clothes stuff back in 02/03 when Rap and Hip-Hop was massive with us Younger teens, wore like fake stuff, ripped off brands like Dada, Ruff Ryders, Wu-Tang, Fubu ect.. Ohhh man, looking back makes me face palm.
Those were the Wigga days.
