I'd have to go with mozzarella...What's a mozzarella stick with out that?!!...And not to hate on the British...But I've tried the cheddar cheese stick...Not as much flavor...Parmesan cheese is good too!!

I love all cheese but colby jack is my favorite to eat by itslef. I prefer pepper jack on my sandwiches though.
