Definately Edge. Metalingus is such an awesome song.
I also like Jeff Hardy (being a fan of EndeverafteR), Jack Swagger and Evan Bourne's themes along with the ECW Intro.

There are alot of themes I don't like in the WWE, they just sound like generic rock music... the one 'rock' theme i do like though is Ortons as the lyrics are great for him.
As far as themes that capture the character (which is what they should do) I'mma go with Taker, for him, the music is perfect

if your talking WWE and made in house .IMHO - Jericho to this day has one of the best themes
BUt overall nothing will ever bet old school ECW and The Sandman coming out the Enter Sandman and all the fan signing along to it. If you never were able to be there live and be a part of it you missed something really cool.

swaggers as it sounds like ratm, from attitude era i'd go for road doggs. i also love the evolution theme.
