Tony Schiavone opens up the show and sends it over to the returning Mean Gene who has been off WCW television in recent weeks. Gene is standing on the aisle and says “do I have a surprise for all the fans of WCW.” Gene continues by saying the man he is about to introduce follows him everywhere. After a few moments, Gene introduces BOBBY HEENAN to World Championship Wrestling! Heenan says “it feels great to be back with a premier wrestling organization!”. Heenan takes his seat over by Tony who surprised to see Bobby Heenan in WCW. Tony throws it over to Gary Michael Cappetta who starts the show!
Match #1: © Nasty Boys Vs Marcus Alexander Bagwell/Too Cold Scorpio WCW World Tag Team Titles Street Fight All four men brawl all over the arena. Knobbs drops Bagwell across the guard railing before sending Bagwell into the ring post. Scorpio dives off the apron taking Saggs down with a moonsault. Scorpio grabs a trash can and dropkicks the can into Saggs face. Knobbs controls Scorpio with several rights before slamming Scorpio down on the concrete floor. Knobbs grabs a chair and jabs Scorpio in the midsection before whacking Scorpio over the back. Bagwell comes out of nowhere taking Knobbs down from the ring to the floor with a slingshot splash. Bagwell with a swinging neck breaker on the floor. Bagwell sends Knobbs back into the ring. Bagwell nails Saggs over the head with the trash can before heading to the top turnbuckle and leaping off driving the can onto Knobbs. Bagwell nearly picks up the win. Bagwell works on Knobbs in the corner until Saggs nails Bagwell with a kendo stick. Saggs taunts the crowd and turns around only to be met with a missile dropkick from Scorpio for a near fall! Scorpio is taken down with a running clothesline by Knobbs. Knobbs sends Bagwell through the middle rope to the floor. Knobbs drops a chair assisted leg drop and leaps off the top turnbuckle connecting with a trash can assisted big splash. Saggs gets in on the act and leaps off the top connecting with a elbow drop on Scorpio for the win.
Winners and Still WCW World Tag Team Champions: Nasty Boys via pin fall ***The Nasty Boys continue their attack on Scorpio and Bagwell. That is until THE ROAD WARRIORS storm the ring and deliver several shots and clothes lining both Nasty Boys over the top to the floor. The crowd is going nuts as the Road Warriors taunt the frightened Nasty Boys
Tony and Bobby promote what they just witnessed. Heenan says everyone is following him. Tony says that the Nasty Boys appear to have a new tag team to worry about. Tony says its time for a commercial

Match #2: Special Attraction Match: The Patriot Vs Paul Orndorff Patriot with the early advantage with right hands a few clotheslines. Patriot takes Orndorff down with dropkick which sends Orndorff to the floor. Orndorff returns and controls Patriot with a poke to the eye. Orndorff takes Patriot down with a back suplex followed by a knee drop following his taunt. Orndorff with a scoop slam followed by an elbow drop. Orndorff goes to the middle turnbuckle and leaps off looking for a double axe handle but Patriot delivers a blow to Orndorff’s midsection and takes Orndorff down with a belly to belly suplex. Patriot with a near fall. Patriot attempts a vertical suplex but Orndorff blocks and takes Patriot down with a side Russian leg sweep. Orndorff finishes Patriot off with a jumping pile driver.
Winner: Paul Orndorff via pin fall **½ Tony and Bobby promote the big main event when Flair teams with Steamboat to take on Vader and Regal.

Match #3: Jean Paul Levesque Vs Maxx Payne Payne got a little bit of offense in, including a back breaker but Levesque controls Payne with a high knee lift. Levesque continues his offense with a atomic drop and a running forearm smash. Payne stumbles around and is met with the Pedigree for the win.
Winner: Jean Paul Levesque via pin fall **After the match, Levesque grabs Payne and goes to for another pedigree, but Cactus Jack runs down and Levesque bails to the floor. Levesque brushes himself off of the “scum” that is Maxx Payne

Arn Anderson is standing in the ring awaiting for his open challenge to be accepted. After a few moments, some familiar music blares over the PA and out come… THE BRITISH BULLDOG. Anderson can’t believe his eyes as the crowd is going nuts for Bulldog.
Match #4: Arn Anderson Vs British Bulldog Bulldog controls Anderson with a few clotheslines and a atomic drop that backs Anderson into a corner. Bulldog with several blows to Anderson’s midsection in the corner. Anderson delivers a knee to Bulldog’s midsection and delivers a few left hand punches. Anderson sends Bulldog into the ropes and looks for the spine buster but Bulldog blocks the move and takes Anderson down with a snap suplex. Bulldog dropkicks Anderson into a corner. Bulldog attempts a running clothesline but Anderson moves and takes Bulldog down with a reverse neck breaker for a near fall. Anderson with a single arm, arm breaker and drops a few knees to the right arm of Bulldog. Anderson continues his offense with a hammerlock scoop slam and stomps on Bulldog’s shoulder. Anderson attempts to go for the DDT but Bulldog reverses and takes Anderson down with a Northern Lights suplex. Bulldog gets a near fall. Bulldog sends Anderson into the corner and takes Anderson down with a power slam to nearly pick up the win. Anderson continues to attempt to go for the DDT, but Bulldog rams Anderson back first into a corner and places Anderson on the top turnbuckle. Bulldog goes for a superplex but Anderson shoves Bulldog off and connects with a middle rope fist drop for another near fall. Anderson signals for the end, but Bulldog again reverses the DDT and takes Anderson down with a running power slam to pick up the win.
Winner: British Bulldog via pin fall ***¼ After the match, Bulldog celebrates on the middle turnbuckle as the crowd is happy to see the British Bulldog back in WCW!
Tony and Bobby promote the battle of big men match between Scott Norton and The Boss, which is coming up next!

Match #5: Scott Norton Vs The Boss Boss and Norton trade right hands with Boss managing to get the upper hand. Boss sends Norton into a corner and attempts a big splash and connects. Boss plays to the crowd but is taken down by a clothesline by Norton. Norton comes back with a snake eyes in the corner and controls Boss with several boots and rights. Norton sends Boss into the ropes and takes Boss down with a huge power slam for a near fall. Boss comes back with a jaw breaker and a running clothesline to knock Norton down. Boss manages to take Norton down with a Samoan Drop for a near fall. Boss sends Norton into a corner and charges looking for a big splash but Norton takes Boss down with a big boot. Norton finishes Boss off with a shoulder breaker for the win.
Winner: Scott Norton via pin fall **¼ After the match, Norton steals Boss’s handcuffs and heads to the back with Col. Robert Parker.

Match #6: © “Stunning” Steve Austin Vs “Flyin” Brian Pillman WCW United States Championship Pillman doesn’t allow Austin to reach the ring as Pillman runs down the aisle and begins to brawl with Austin. Pillman even knocks Parker down. Pillman sends Austin into the guard railing. Austin comes off and Pillman backdrops Austin on the floor! Pillman sends Austin into the ring and climbs to the top turnbuckle. Pillman leaps off and takes Austin down with a clothesline. Pillman goes for the cover but Austin kicks out. Pillman backs Austin into a corner who is begging off. Austin manages to pull Pillman face first into the corner. Austin takes Pillman down with a back suplex. Austin goes to the middle turnbuckle and leaps off looking for a knee drop and connects. Austin goes for the cover but Pillman kicks out. Austin with a swinging neck breaker and delivers a few boots on Pillman. Austin with a snap suplex before going to Parker to get sweat wiped off his forehead. Austin turns around and is met with a hip toss from Pillman. Austin is sent into the ropes and Pillman connects with a tilt a whirl backbreaker. Pillman quickly goes to the top turnbuckle and leaps off looking for a cross body but Austin dropkicks Pillman in midair! Austin rolls Pillman up but Pillman kicks out. Pillman manages to come back taking Austin down with a spinning heel kick. At this time, we see Scott Norton making his way down to the ring. Pillman climbs to the top turnbuckle but Norton shoves Pillman off and Pillman hits hard chest first on the guard railing. The referee sees this and calls for the bell. Norton sends Pillman back into the ring where Austin connects with the Stun Gun and does a mock pin with Parker counting. Norton pulls out the handcuffs and begins to handcuff Pillman to the top rope. That’s when The Boss comes running down and brawls with Austin and Norton but Pretty Wonderful come down and control Boss. Norton has Pillman handcuffed on the top rope and all the members of the Stud Stable begin raining in blows. That is until the lights go out. When they come back on…. SID VICIOUS is standing in the ring and takes Pretty Wonderful down with choke slams. Austin bails with Parker as Norton stands on the outside having a stare down with Sid. Sid is back in WCW!
Winner: Brian Pillman via disqualification.. Steve Austin retains the WCW United States Championship ***½ Tony and Bobby are shocked to see Sid back in WCW. Tony especially and he mentions that Sid was screwed over by Col. Robert Parker back in October. He must be back for revenge.

We comeback and Gene is standing in the middle of the aisle way. Gene says that WCW has been looking for a WCW Commissioner. Gene says that WCW has quietly come to a deal with someone and proceeds to introduce Nick Bockwinkel. Bockwinkel says its great to be in WCW and says he already has made a huge decision regarding tonight. Bockwinkel has made Ron Simmons/Sting a number one contenders match for the WCW International Championship with the winner getting a title shot at Super Brawl.
Match #7: © Rick Rude Vs Johnny B. Badd WCW International Championship Badd with a quick start and sends Rude to the floor with a clothesline. Badd climbs to the top and dives off connecting with a splash to the floor onto Rude! Badd sends Rude back into the ring and connects with a slingshot leg drop for a near fall. Badd comes off the ropes and takes Rude down with a running knee to the side of Rude’s head. Badd backs Rude into a corner and delivers several jabs and closed right fists that causes the referee to break up the action. This allows Rude to take Badd down with a running clothesline out of the corner. Rude takes Badd down with a scoop slam followed by a standing fist drop for a near fall. Rude takes Badd back down with a delayed vertical suplex for another near fall. Rude sends Badd into the ropes and Badd floats over Rude’s back and plants Rude down with a DDT! Badd waits for Rude to get up and nails Rude with a savant kick and Rude stumbles into a corner. Badd with a few rights and lefts before placing Rude on the top turnbuckle. Badd climbs to the middle turnbuckle and takes Rude down with a hurricanrana. Badd takes a moment before going for the cover and Rude manages to kick out. Badd goes up top and connects with a flying cross body but Rude rolls through and puts his feet on the ropes to pick up the win.
Winner and Still WCW International Champion: Rick Rude via pin fall ***After the match, Badd tries to the tell the referee that Rude cheated but nothing occurs. Rude heads to the back as the crowd is not in favor of the finish.
Backstage, we see Ron Simmons and Sting getting ready for their match, which is NEXT!

Match #8: Ron Simmons Vs Sting #1 Contender to the WCW International ChampionshipSting wants to shake hands but Simmons refuses. Simmons takes Sting down with a hip toss but Sting comes back with one of his own. Simmons with a clothesline and Sting comes back with two clotheslines. Sting backs Simmons into a corner and delivers a few right hands until Simmons reverses positions and delivers several right hands to Sting’s midsection. Simmons brings Sting out of the corner and takes Sting down with snap suplex. Sting stumbles into a corner and Simmons charges connecting with a running clothesline. Sting drops to the mat and Simmons leaps off the middle turnbuckle and connects with a big splash for a near fall. Sting ducks a clothesline and takes Simmons down with a running bulldog. Sting scoop slams Simmons down and comes off the ropes connecting with a big leg drop and gets a near fall. Sting lifts Simmons up and drops Simmons down with a military press slam. Sting sends Simmons into a corner and Sting connects with a Stinger Splash. Simmons comes out of the corner but Sting takes Simmons down with a running face buster. Sting hooks the leg but only gets a near fall. Sting ducks a wild clothesline and takes Simmons over with a overhead belly to belly suplex for a near fall. Simmons is again in a corner and Sting charges but Simmons catches Sting and drops Sting down with a spine buster and both men are down. Simmons leaps off the middle turnbuckle and knocks Sting down with a shoulder block. Simmons goes for the cover but Sting kicks out. Simmons sends Sting into the ropes but misses a clothesline. Sting comes off the ropes looking for a cross body but Simmons catches Sting and connects with a snap power slam. Simmons hangs on for the cover and picks up a shocking win.
Winner and #1 Contender to the WCW International Championship: Ron Simmons via pin fall ***½ Simmons celebrates in the ring as Sting is upset with the loss. Simmons goes to Sting and puts his hand out for a handshake. Sting doesn’t look interested, just as Simmons was earlier. After a few moments, Sting shakes Simmons hand and wishes him luck.

Tony and Bobby briefly promote the main event between Flair/Steamboat taking on Vader/Regal.
Match #9: Ric Flair/Ricky Steamboat Vs Big Van Vader/Lord Steven Regal Regal and Flair start the match. Flair with several chops while Regal comes back with several uppercuts and gains the advantage. Regal takes Flair down with a double under hook suplex and mounts Flair with several left hands. Regal sends Flair into the ropes but Flair comes off and delivers a boot to Regal’s right knee. Flair takes Regal down with a back suplex. Flair mounts Regal and delivers several right hands. Flair sends Regal to his corner and delivers more right hands and chops. Steamboat gets the tag and Regal begs off. Steamboat with several more chops and takes Regal down with a snap suplex. Steamboat hooks Regal and takes Regal down with a butterfly suplex for a near fall. Regal manages to come back with a jaw breaker. Regal takes Steamboat down with a full nelson suplex for a near fall. Regal sends Steamboat to his corner and tags in Vader. Vader with vicious right and left forearm shots. Vader charges towards the corner and connects with a big splash. Vader locks in a bear hug and Steamboat is hurting. Vader proceeds to take Steamboat down with a side suplex. Vader comes off the ropes and looks for a splash but Steamboat rolls out of the way. Steamboat tags in Flair who leaps off the top turnbuckle and takes Vader down with a double axe handle. Flair knocks Regal off the apron and turns around right into a modified choke slam by Vader. Vader drags Flair to a corner and springboards off the middle rope connecting with a splash. Vader hangs on for the cover but Flair gets his foot on the bottom rope. Vader sends Flair into the ropes but Steamboat gets a blind tag in. Vader doesn’t realize it. Flair with a chop block on Vader’s left knee. Vader limps around and is taken down with a flying cross body from the top rope by Steamboat. Harley Race and Sir William get on the apron and Regal nails Flair with the WCW TV belt. Steamboat still has the cover on Vader. That is until someone rolls into the ring with the ring bell and nails Steamboat across the head. The man rolls to the outside, and the camera zooms in to reveal… Shane Douglas. That’s Ricky Steamboat’s former partner! Douglas has ran to the backstage area. Vader gets up and plants Steamboat with a release power bomb to pick up the win for his team.
Winners: Big Van Vader and Lord Steven Regal via pin fall ***¼ After the match, Regal taunts the crowd with his WCW TV Championship while Vader has Flair’s belt and signals that the belt will be his in short time.
Tony and Bobby promote both Saturday Night and Worldwide before signing off.
