I picked a Beast up today for my daughter at TRU did they have a lot of him? or is he 1 per case? Kraven and Beast are 2 of my most wanted figures from this line in a very long time |

I order the waves from online stores now anyway. It's cheaper and it saves on gas. My Nephew will be getting wave 18 for his birthday, and Wave 19 and HOPEFULLY 20 for Christmas (along with the Masters of Evil)

I got Kraven, Kang, Scarlet Witch, She-Hulk and The Punisher in the mail from Amazon today. I have to say, Hasbro finally stepped up the quality of their newer MU figures. Except for Spiderman... I've yet to get a MU Spidey figure with a secure left leg. I have three Spidey figures, the one that came with Sentry, the one that came with Thunderball and the one the most recent one that came with Rhyno and all three of them have loose left legs.  |

went to the comic shop and picked up the first of the new wave they are holding for me... got beast and kraven.. both are solid... but my beast has a VERY loose torso  |

I just got the Silver Centurion/Mandarin 2 pack in the mail. It's good to finally have a Mandarin since the made the green one from the movie series impossible to find. Also, does anyone have any info on the Master Works Fin Fang Foom? I want it so bad but it doesn't look like it's coming out any time soon. |

I finally found the Punisher today. I think he looks great and prefer this style over the new ML version.
Unfortunately, mine has a right leg that keeps popping off. The ball just doesn't seem to fit in the socket correctly. I've been collecting this line since the beginning but the quality is such a disappointment at times.

The second one I bought was like that I heated it with a hairdryer and popped it back on and so far so good. Too bad it didn't work for DareDevil & Cyclops.

I think the heat helped, at least the leg seems to sit a little better in the socket.

Also, does anyone have any info on the Master Works Fin Fang Foom? I want it so bad but it doesn't look like it's coming out any time soon. At SDCC, Hasbro said they are still trying to figure out a way to release Fin Fang Foom, but I wouldn't be surprised if it never happens or is just a con exclusive. I gave up on finding the new waves at retail since the Walmarts around here no longer have MU, TRUs are stocked full of random figures that will probably never sell, and Targets have about 20 Gladiators each. I ordered a revision case of the Punisher wave that includes all figures from the Beast wave. The single Juggernaut and Colossus figures will also be included. If anyone would be interested in these two or Spidey from the Beast wave (unless I end up with the Miles variant), send me a PM. |
