Big shame about the Jericho Match IMO. They should have got Rourke more involved if they wanted him to be the publicity attraction of the year. Him having a Ringside Ticket is hardly good enough. I'm struggling to see how they're going to put Austin in the Show now too, unless Jericho goes over the Legends, and Austin comes out after to Stunner him. The final Card should look like this now then; WWE ChampionshipTriple H V Randy Orton Undertaker V Shawn Michaels World Heavyweight ChampionshipEdge V Big Show V John Cena Brother V Brother MatchJeff Hardy V Matt Hardy Divas Battle RoyalChris Jericho V Roddy Piper, Ricky Steamboat, Jimmy Snuka w/ Ric Flair WWE Tag Team/World Tag Team Title Unification MatchThe Miz and John Morrison V Primo and Carlito MITB Ladder MatchCM Punk V Christian V MVP V Kane V Shelton Benjamin V Mark Henry V Finlay V Kofi Kingston WWE Intercontinental ChampionsipJBL V Rey Mysterio Yeap tag match just got announced to tonight with a bella in each corner it seems

Nice, to see the tag unification match included for Wrestlemania. This will probably be the opener.

Final Card Shaping Up to look like this . . . . I see this as the ordering of the matches.
10) WWE Championship - Randy Orton vs Triple H(c)
9) Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels
8) Chris Jericho vs Piper, Steamboat, Snuka Note: Flair, Rourke, Austin all getting involved somehow
7) 25-Diva Battle Royal
6) World Heavyweight Championship John Cena vs Edge(c) vs Big Show
5) I.C Title JBL(c) vs Rey Mysterio
4) Jeff Hardy vs Matt Hardy Note: They might add a stipulation
3) ECW Title Match Jack Swagger(c) vs Winner of Pre-Show Battle Royal (Evan Bourne)
2) Money in the Bank Ladder Match
1) Tag Team Titles Unification the Miz/Morrison(c) vs Colons(c)

Just something I noticed...
I never realized until now how important the theme really has become to Wrestlemania. In the past several years, WWE has managed to secure a theme song that is forever synonymous with wrestling after Wrestlemania is said and done. Without even thinking, the very first memory I think of when I hear songs like, "My Way", "Superstar", "Crack Addict", "Step Up", "Bigtime", "Big Time", "Ladies and Gentlemen" and "Light It Up" is Wrestlemania, everything else is secondary. This year, I can't relate a single song to the event, and I honestly thing that is hurting the build of the show.
For the past eight years, I've walked around for weeks singing the chorus of the theme that was stuck in my head, and thats just not happening this year. WWE really dropped the ball with that.

I honestly can't see Jericho's match at Mania being against 3 legends in a Handicap, there is no way they'd do all this build-up for....THAT.
Hopefully Mysterio faces JBL for the IC Title, I'll be pissed if Kozlov is given the spot. I think they'll probably do Kozlov VS Mysterio for the #1 contenders spot against JBL.
I hope we see Bourne VS Swagger for the ECW Championship, but I just can't see Vince letting Sydal get a singles at Mania, I don't know why...even if it was booked I still wouldn't believe it.
So it looks like we'll have a 10 match card for Mania this year, unless one of the 3 matches above is scrapped for some reason.

So the card is looking like this
- Randy Orton vs Triple H for the WWE Title - John Cena vs The Big Show vs Edge for the World Heavyweight Title - Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels - Matt Hardy vs Jeff Hardy - Chris Jericho in a Legends Gauntlet - Slaughter, Rhodes, Snuka, Piper, Simmons and Austin are included - Divas Battle Royal - Evan Bourne (Winner of Battle Royal) vs Jack Swagger for the ECW title - Rey Mysterio vs JBL for the Intercontinental title - Shelton Benjamin, Kane, Finlay, Christian, MVP, Mark Henry, Kofi Kingston and CM Punk in MIB - Primo and Carlito vs John Morrison and The Miz for both titles - Preshow battle royal exclusive on WWE.com
- I see Vickie helping Cena win - Triple H winning - Christian winning - Bourne winning - JBL winning and retiring afterwards (I think this will be a great match) - Jeff winning via roll up and hugging Matt afterwards - a segment where Christian stares down Edge backstage and taps his briefcase and walks away while Edge looks at his belt worried - Batista cutting a promo backstage about how he'll be back and Jericho interupts and says hes just like all of these legends - liars, cheaters and hypocrites. Batista says that he better hope and pray to god that he gets drafted. - Jericho beating everyone except Austin who puts up a good brawl and wins with a Stunner, he has a beer bash with the competitors and Mickey Rourke afterwards and Rourke punches Jericho in the face and they all throw Jericho out of the ring. - Primo and Carlito winning the belts - A funny segment with R-Truth, Hacksaw, Kennedy etc. - Beth Phoenix becoming Ms. Wrestlemania after eliminating Trish Stratus

They've done a good job of getting a lot of people on the card this year. I think it has the potential to be a very entertaining show. I'm really looking forward to the Tag Titles match, as I believe those two teams are going to pull off a classic match. When was the last time we saw a good tag match at Wrestlemania that didn't include tables, ladders, or chairs? I'm hoping that match is the opener and is given fifteen minutes at least. Plus, that just means we'll see the Bellas twice in one night. Barrett <3s him some Bella twins. I'm guessing the Jericho match was WWE's plan D: Plan A: Mickey Rourke decided not to wrestle Plan B: Austin either decided not to, or was in no shape to, wrestle a full match Plan C: Flair agreed to appear, but not taint his retirement with an official match Plan D: Insert random legends here It's an awkward setup for a match, and it seems more like something they'd pull out of their ass for a Cyber Sunday. If the three legends are supposed to tag in and out, it'll probably be slower and more boring than it should be. If the three legends can be in the ring at the same time, Jericho doesn't stand a chance. I'm guessing the "match" itself will be fairly brief, and possibly ending to a no-contest, segueing into a Sports-Entertainmenty segment with Flair leading a parade of legends down to kick Jericho's ass. After everyone's had their shots, Austin comes down, stuns Jericho, and hosts a legendary beer bash.

Since Rev Theory seems to be one of WWE's favorite bands nowadays, it should have been obvious for them to choose either "Wanted Man" or "Far From Over" to use for the Orton/Triple H rivalry.

Another song I thought would work quite well for the show is "Death of Me" by Red.
Here are the lyrics for those who haven't heard it...
I should have seen all these signs around me But I was comfortable inside these wounds So go ahead and take another piece of me now While we all bow down to you
You tear me down and then you pick me up You take it all but still its not enough You try to tell me you can heal me But I'm still bleeding and you will be the death of me
How can you mend my affliction If you're the sickness and not the cure But too long I have faked this addiction Another sacrifice I made cause I'm pure
You tear me down and then you pick me up You take it all but still its not enough You try to tell me you can heal me But I'm still bleeding and you will be the death of me
You tear me down and then you pick me up You take it all but still its not enough You try to tell me you can heal me But I'm still bleeding and you will be the death of me
I won't forget I cannot forget this I won't forget I'll never forget this I won't forget I cannot forget this I won't forget I'll never forget this
I won't forget I cannot forget this I won't forget I'll never forget this I won't forget I cannot forget this I won't forget I'll never forget this
I cannot prove this solution You aren't the one that I thought you were And so I learned to embrace this illusion I will separate this all to a blur
You tear me down and then you pick me up You take it all but still its not enough You try to tell me you can heal me But I'm still bleeding and you will be the death of me
And you will be the death of me
I won't forget I cannot forget this
And you will be the death of me

Evan Bourne vs. Jack Swagger ( c )
No need for a pre-show Battle Royal, as we're already having the Divas Battle Royal. Just Evan Bourne winning a Fatal 4-Way match on RAW next week... defeating Rey Mysterio, Mike Knox and Chavo Guerrero. From there Bourne and Swagger could put on excellent match, with many close finishes for Bourne. Swagger outpowers Bourne and gets the clean win.
... that right there, could possibly steal the show ( minus Micheals/Taker ).

LOL I agree it could be a good match but Swagger and Bourne will not be attending Mania. Michaels/Taker Orton/HHH Tag Title Matcgh MITB Any of those will steal the show before a Bourne/Swagger match. I love Bourne, but Swagger is still green. No way they steal anything

Swagger is great, his matches with Hardy were MUCH better than I imagined. Orton/Triple H, nor Money In The Bank are going to be anything special this year. Money In The Bank was booked horribly and the Triple H/Orton match is only going to be good, because of how this fueds been built up. We've seen Miz & Morrison/Colons numerous times in the past few weeks. I personally doubt they'll pull out anything special
Bourne and Swagger wouldn't be able to steal the show next to Michaels/Taker, like I stated. However, both of these guys being young... if this match happens, it'll be very impressive.

Maybe AC/DC set conditions to WWE that two of their songs have to be used. I dunno.
In my ideal WrestleMania, Angels & Airvawes' song "The Adventure" would be used for the emotional opening video - much like WM22's video to Shinedown's "I Dare You".
