Can anybody tell me what the hell happened at the end of the movie? I just watched it & had no effing clue. Was it the guy from Boston? Was he an evil scientist?

Basically he was an evil scientist and the girl was "gotten" by someone/something. That's about it.

That movie was garbage.
My mom, my girlfriend and I watched it this past weekend and we just sat there with our mouths open at the end.
I guess it was entertaining for not knowing what to expect. But I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
It was one of those that was bad but you sat there just waiting for something to happen and then, BOOM, it's over. And you realize you just wasted time you'll never get back.
And for those who don't know...it's a remake of a Spanish movie titled "[Rec]" that was released in 2008.

[REC] was a great movie, easilly one of the funner movies from last year. I'd advise everyone to watch [REC] over Quarantine.

I just watched the movie recently and rather enjoyed it for what it was suppose to be. I hate when people sit there and have to high of expectations when they grab movie that you could tell only plot line was they were prolly all going to die due to being locked in the building. But yea.. it made me jumpy.

im sorry but i haven't been scarred by a film in quite sometime before this. Of course the ending was quite terrible but the movie kept you on the edge of your seat as soon as they entered the house. (It seems like it took forever to get into the movie, the beginning was so boring i was going to turn it off)

I watched REC a while back-Ill probably see Quarantine in the next 2 weeks or so
I did enjoy Rec though

Haha yeah, I agree, but honestly if you hadn't seen Rec previously you wouldn't have known....Plus there's not a lot to spoil, she just gets dragged away. I think Rec was far superior. Better tension, actors, the infected looked better, plus the demonic possession subplot from the end was cool. I can't wait to see Rec 2, it takes place 15 minutes after the reporter was dragged off. |
