Do simpler things. This looks kinda silly, you need to get realistic movements down.

He means move the joints as they would really move. Unrealistic idea or not.

I would say start slow, don't try anything too complicated aka a 630 springboard moonsault. try something simple like a powerbomb. this animation is too fast for my liking.
