Hi , thanks for your patience. I'll answer any questions in the next day or so. Collecting is starting to take a larger back seat as our kids are getting older and getting involved in more after school activities. I will share a brief history on this figure as that's all I pretty much got on it. last year, I purchased this figure from a collector who had other Hasbro hardcopies that were acquired from a former employee. As of now, I own hardcopies of: Jim Neidhart, Virgil, Rick Martel, The Warlord, Hogan 4 and Skinner;pics to follow in the future. The Warrior is made up of various body parts as seen in the pics;factory painted and hand painted. Warrior's head, Ax's torso, Duggan's trunks and legs. Although crude looking, the mechanics on the action feature seems pretty complex. It is held together by glue, pins and screws. When you pull back the string in his back, his arm raises up and it pounds up and down. I am not sure whether this was meant to replicate him beating his chest or shaking ring ropes. Unfortunately only the left arm works. I can't see inside to know where the right arm connection broke off. Enjoy the pics and I look forward to your comments.

...wow, i guess they were branching out with new ideas at this point with this and the chest pumping hogan. well worth the small wait! Thanks for sharing these rarities!

wow definately worth the wait, great piece, can't wait for the others! does it look like they were planning an "action series" - each figure with a mechanical action instead of the usual action?

I find it interesting that they used the Demolition torso instead of the Warrior torso that used the same action.. I wonder why

This looks like they may have taken the idea thay had for the warrior and used it on the Hasbro Conan line . The concept is very similar as far as the look of the arms and the wind up action.

I would not be surprised to find that that just ended up being the mockup for what was that last ultimate warrior with the skinner arms action-Thought the articulated elbows offer a burning question!

Here's what meatybat was talking about. I found this auction of a Conan figure that has the same action feature as my Warrior figure. cgi.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/1992-CONAN-HASBRO-CONAN-THE-ADVENTURER-NINJA-CONAN-USE_W0QQitemZ200389622586QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item2ea826fb3a

I wonder if they would have started making legs that would have articulated at the leg... imagine the Warrior big splash or Hogan legdrop...!?
