Just wondering what people's opinions are on whether every PPV should have a signature match/style? A lot already do. I think to an extent it seems forced ie if every Armageddon had a Hell in a Cell match, would it be too predictable that the biggest feud at the time was going to have one? Anyway, just after opinions. Here are the PPVs and the signature match/styles - fill in the blanks if you have ideas.

ROYAL RUMBLE: Royal Rumble
NO WAY OUT: Elimination Chamber
WRESTLEMANIA: Money in the Bank
BACKLASH:
JUDGMENT DAY:
ONE NIGHT STAND (or whatever): All gimmick matches
NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS: All titles defended
GREAT AMERICAN BASH:
SUMMERSLAM:
UNFORGIVEN: (possibly) Championship Scramble
NO MERCY:
CYBER SUNDAY: Fan vote
SURVIVOR SERIES: Survivor Series match
ARMAGEDDON:

Well you could put "Wrestlemania rematches" in at Backlash because thats what the matches usually are.

Edit:J12 is right if it has a theme it should only be a couple like the Royal Rumble etc but it is too much all of them other ones

Absolutely not. In fact, I absolutely hate the idea of certain matches being signature to specific shows, other than the classics (Royal Rumble, Survivor Series).

If they can justify it, sure, but otherwise it just comes off as forced and useless.
