To be honest, I don't really like any of those choices. They all sound too generic.
Well, it seems like you're going in a new direction...you want to shake things up. And not just your fed...the entire board. So, here are some options...
- Insurgency (Def: organized opposition intended to change or overthrow existing authority.)
- Outbreak (Def: sudden happening)
- Turbulence (Def: disorder)
- Turmoil (Def: chaos)
- Uprising (Def: disturbance)
