That's too bad. I really liked him as an actor.
While I know he died from an illness I am surprised that he was 62. I didn't realize he was that old.

Aw man...This is terrible news. He's been in tons of movies and was such a tremendous actor. 2009 is not shaping up too well at all...Mask from TapouT, Test and Ron Silver all gone within about a week...That's friggin insane..
Ron Silver will be greatly missed...

I don't see why that would matter. Everyone dies, even celebrities. There's nothing insane about it.
