- Mike Johnson is reporting that TNA has signed The Govenor aka Daphney from WCW to a contract and her bio has been added to the TNA website. This brings the total number of Knockouts on the roster to 18.

Let's see.. Knockouts draw.. X-Division not so much.. Yeah, I think they should hire X-Division guys. TNA needs to make their X-Division much more exciting. If they actually invested more time and effort into the division, it would be a bigger draw. |

SG, complete disagree... not saying th X-Division draws greatly, but in no means does the Knockouts division draw AT ALL.
18 females in a wrestling promotion that isn't supposed to be based on womens wrestling is a damn joke. As of now, TNA has dropped from "I'll watch it when i'm home" to "I'll just DVR it"
As for Daphney, she has been working and getting paid by appearance. She just signed her TNA contract this past Saturday, so no... she wasn't a part of the roster beforehand. However, again... another usless talent they won't even use.

Jackie, Jenna, Karen, Lauren, Sharmell, SoCal Val and Traci don't wrestle. Which leaves about 12 wrestling Knockouts. Compared to 10 X-Division guys - not a huge number diffrence. It seems like alot of people are just complaining about stuff to just to complain. |

No, people are complaining because we don't care about womens wrestling. Just about nobody does. Yet, TNA decides to push it down our throats with terrible womens "6-Man" Tag matches.
It's bad when theres 2 Knockout storylines going on. Both in which are extremely bad storylines.

If TNA could make X Division the top draw if they worked on it. They don't as much as they could though, its like WWE and the tag divsion. They could be so much better than they are. The X-Division lost two great ones in Sonjay Dutt and Petey Williams. We have Daniels, Shelley, Sabin, and Lethal. I don't think Homicide is good, his big move is using a fork on somebody's head, besides Helms does the Vertebreaker better. AJ is in the main events. Samoa Joe was at his best in the X-Division. Bashir is horrible in every way. When his music hits it is completely silent in the arena every time. Creed is pretty good in the ring, but I am not a huge fan of him. I don't know why haha. Jimmy Rave isn't that good. I've seen alot of his work and it's not that impressive. Eric Young is an alright wrestler, much better now than he was. |

I am a huge fan of Daffney from the WCW days so it's great to see her in a major company again cause I would consider TNA to be the current WCW just toned down a little bit in terms of budget. |
