The newest one is choppy, I just hate your style. Also, you need a better reaction. The trick to pivot animation is to move each stick bit by bit. So that your animations can be smooth. These look really rushed and it looks like you just tried to get the animation over with as quick as possible. Which shouldn't be the case. Hope this helps.

Yeah they're still pretty choppy, and need improvements. They're also floaty. You have to move the joints little by little, not big huge steps. Keep at it.
