why is everybody giving every rock figure this tat or in this case attempting too.
the rock only had this tat from i think 03-04 and on
that figures is based on like around wm 15!

Okay, the Rock's tattoo is great from seeing the reference pic, although it looks unfinished in certain spots. The Jeff facepaint is horrible... You gotts work on that, even if it's his old glow in the dark stuff.
