For the past few years, WWE tag team scene has been quite weak. Its starting to pick up with Miz and Morrison/ Colons fued, but "back in the day" we had lots of tag teams and it was great to watch, so who is your pick of the tag teams.
For me, and a lot my disagree - New Age Outlaws! I know that they wasnt the best wrestling tag team, but they was great entertainers! i think Billy Gunn was underrated and under used in WWE. Road dogg on the mic was amazing and together was fun to watch, to say they was just thrown together cause the writers had nothing else shows just what can happen! Then there induction into DX rounded them off.
Not forgetting teams like LOD, Dudleys, naturel disasters and so on, id pick NAO and could watch them all day!

Outlaws were awesome but the Dudleys, Hardyz & Edge & Christian were on another planet compared to them. If forced to choose between those 3, Edge & Christian but it is hard to choose between them. All four of those teams are in my top 5.

God I must be getting old when teams like Edge/Christian & the Outlaws are remembered as classics! They were both fun teams but not what I personally think of as the best team ever.
For me it has to be The British Bulldogs based on skill in the ring , although for being insanelty over it's The Road Warriors. Both teams did incredibly well in various groups in USA & Japan

heres my Faves
Road Warriors Demolition New Age Outlaws Steiners Hart Foundation.
to borrow a phrase from Scott Hall-all were "over like rover" and were the best at their particular styles.
Man I would have loved to see the Steiners vs Hart Foundation in WWF........

I loved the Hart Foundation and Edge and Christian but for me the best tag team has to be Owen Hart and The British Bulldog!!

I'd have to go with the Hart Foundation. They had great matches every night with any team and they were incredibly diverse, with Anvil being the power, and Bret the technician.

The Hart Foundation. I didn't start watching until they had been over for a while but watching their past matches, they're fantastic.

I'm probably a bit partial, but whatever, sue me. I'm saying Ax & Smash Demolition. They are 3-time former W.W.F. tag-team champions and I believe, still hold the record to this day as the longest reigning tag-champs ever. Not sure though. London and Kendrick may have beaten them...
But anyway, Demolition gets my vote. They were awesome. Enough said.

I think the best tag team ever has to be the Legion of Doom...they were just like amazing together and really defined tag team wrestling. But one of my favorites was definitly The Outsiders...I mean Hall and Nash, during their primes, taggin up was amazing.

a difficult one to say - but in terms of entertainment value......i'd go with THE ROCK N SOCK CONNECTION! Good call. Personally, my vote goes to Edge & Christian - they were a fulltime regular team, they had great matches, they were incredibly entertaining, they were great additions to the main event scene (in six-mans with Angle, title defences against Rock & Taker etc), they held the tag team scene together and actually made tag team wrestling important again during the WWF's biggest period ever... For my money, they are far and away the greatest tag team of all time. There's not even another close contender. Other teams are better at some aspects, but no other team has anywhere near the all-round value.

hey guys
i think a lot of us agree that this is a fantastic topic.
do you think it would be possible to start a tag team tournament on this board similar to the king of the trios that is on the wwe board? or has this been done before?
