 April 2nd, 2009On Thursday night, TNA Wrestling returns to SpikeTV for two hours of Total Nonstop Action starting at 9/8c! The below is an early preview of what will take place on the huge broadcast (card is subject to change) - Who will captain Samoa Joe's team in Lethal Lockdown after "The Samoan Submission Machine" turned down the chance to be the leader after winning the 20 Man Gauntlet? Kurt Angle will captain one team, while TNA Founder Jeff Jarrett, Executive Shareholder Mick Foley and Management Director Jim Cornette will need to make a decision regarding Joe's refusal to lead his team. Sources tell TNAwrestling.com an announcement will be made on Thursday night concerning the situation. - Speaking of Mick Foley, what will happen when he and TNA World Heavyweight Champion Sting are in the same arena as the countdown continues to their epic showdown in the main event at Lockdown in the Six Sides Of Steel? On Thursday's "iMPACT!", Mike Tenay will sit down for an interview with Foley to discuss his historic battle against Sting. - In an 8-Man Tag Team Match, it will be The Latin American Xchange and Lethal Consequences taking on Sheik Abdul Bashir, Kiyoshi and No Limit - In TNA Knockouts action, it will be Taylor Wilde taking on Madison Rayne - Plus, more footage will air of Abyss and his therapist, Dr. Stevie All this and much more on Thursday's "iMPACT!" on Spike TV - including more matches announced for the April 19 "Lockdown" Pay-Per-View! well really jarrett took a chance on a bunch of WWF rejects and likely would have failed if not for talented indy guys and dixie carter buying them.
but hey, it's a nice story i guess.
