The KVE just looks strange all together. I may be a little biased though, since I have always hated that torso mold.
The heads themselves do look nice, but the skintones have always looked way off with them. Muta looks great though. I hope to pick up some of his heads in the future.

How much does he charge per head? From what I hear it's reasonable ie $10 per head if bought in a bulk I believe. I could be off. Personally, I feel that if he's gonna paint the head, that perhaps the paint name should be given so that the buyer can go out and get it to match the body. The molds are great, far beyond what Jakks does at times, but look does count for something. |

OK, now shoot some fig-fed action! ;D Please, please, please move the crotch of the Macho suit up to the figure's crotch, lol! It's currently on his mid-thigh!  ;D I will put this out there: I am by no means a master painter. I haven't recreated the Jakks skintone perfectly, and I'm still waiting for someone to do it, and share the 'recipe.'  (Or if they'd sell it in bulk!) If any reputable and capable painter wants me to, I'll put an ad in the headshop for your services so buyers can send heads to you for painting. Legitimate offers, let me know. I'd like to move away from the painting side and move more to the casting side, but not if no one else will 'pick up the slack.' I only offer my services because I know some people truly can't paint heads. Wars |

I love the heads. The skintones are off but that can easily be fixed by any customizer not afraid to paint the skintone.

I agree. I do not think the KVE looks odd at all it's nearly flawless. I checked out his Webpage and he has the Kerry Von Erich fig dressed with a fringe jacket from Ralph's clothing (looks like exactly the fringe jacket Kerry wore alot in world class) I was a big fan of Kerry back in the day and i'm telling you this Kerry fig is THE SH*T. The torso is right too for Kerry IMO. Warsman did an excellet Job. The Great Muta is amazing......The Stan Hansen is decent all though I would like to see a better Bruiser Brody. Oh.....and another one I thought was really good on Warsman site was "DR. Death" Steve Williams.......I seriously wonder if Jakks will turn out a Dr Death as good as that. I can't wait to see more from Warsman.

I think there is a mix of paint out there that is close to JAKKS...it just hasn't been found yet. If you ever do designs on the Muta pants let me know. They look amazing. |
