I think Ultimo Dragon has technically held the WWF Light Heavyweight title back when it was defended in Japan. He won it as apart of the whole Octo-Title deal.

some people knowledge is shocking, lets clear this up.
Taz won the Hardcore title once, tag title once
godfather held the Ic title, the tag title.
Dibiase held the tag titles 3 times with the very under rated IRS
sheesh

Geez, there are a few for sure. Some of the ones that come to mind are:
- "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff - "Cowboy" Bob Orton - "Dr. D" David Schultz - Jake "The Snake" Roberts - "King" Harley Race - The Junk Yard Dog - King Kong Bundy

^ Yeah, I guess you guys are right. I crossed Studd off the list.
How about others like George "The Animal" Steele, "Maniac" Matt Borne, and "Polish Power" Ivan Putski??

Jake, Orndorff, Pillman are the top 3. The rest can be filled by alot. Bundy, Bigelow, Steele, JYD...alot of guys back in the 80's-early 90's never got anything. Its when titles actually MEANT something. Nowadays JYD would have been a 2 time US champ already or something
DiBiase was Million Dollar Champion...a title recognized as official by pretty much everyone...not to mention he was tag champ with IRS

How about others like George "The Animal" Steele, "Maniac" Matt Borne, and "Polish Power" Ivan Putski?? Let's see... Ivan Putski had a World Tag Team reign with Tito Santana as his partner. They beat the Valiants for the titles, and lost them to the Wild Samoans. As far as Borne and Steele go, not that I know of!

Both had separate stints and did nothing. Jake could have been IC champ! And more recent... The Man was underutilized!
