I haven't seen it recently, but if you know wrestling is what you want to do, why would you go out and get a lip piercing? That's really dangerous, regardless if he wears it in the ring or not.

I believe I have seen him wear it such as at WM but on Raw I didn't see it.

I don't see how it's dangerous... Not any more than any other piercing. Plenty of wrestlers over the years have had ear rings, eyebrow rings, etc. Why would the lip be any more at risk?
Heck, I would think the ear would be worst.

Lance Storm told a story about Test's ear lobe being ripped of because it got caught in Scott Steiner's chainmail. Or something along those lines.
