Some in TNA. They didn't say Russo, Jeff, Dutch, Dixie, etc were saying these things. Just some people. Doesn't matter. No one in TNA should believe that or be surprised with the way TNA runs their shows.

Is TNA fully aware of copyright laws? They have an image up of Team 3D holding replicas of ECW, WCW, and WWF tag belts. Maybe it's just me, but considering they didn't even black out the logos, WWE could sue them for that. Not that it's a big deal, but they are using WWE intellectual property technically. They didn't sue when they brought 'em onto TV in '07. Bringing them on TV and selling thier likeness on a T-shirt is two diffrent things. WCW did the same thing with other companies belts... But now if you have the likeness of a WWE belt or something WWE Owns the likeness of, and your getting $20 off a Product... Then you got a whole new story.

TNA can make the argument that since the belts are probably replicas and they are bought and paid for that they are legally allowed to showcase them as personal items with/with out permission from WWE.
