1) What is the accessory that comes with One Night Only Big Show?
2) What other figures come with that accessory?

it comes wiv kendo stick i believe, sandmen figs came with it too

Is ECW 1 Sandman the only other figure to come with the kendo stick?

yes, to the best of my knowledge, those are the only 2 figs that come with the kendo stick

i think it's the accessory that's least produced yet most often used in actual WWE programming. sad as it's prolly my favorite accessory. i wish i had at least one or two more of them.

And the ECW 1 Sandman came with different versions of it. The first version had a thin handle in the second it had a thicker handle. Version #1 -  Version #2  |
