I don't think that this one is too bad...
You are using a decent amount of frame's but I think that you need to be using a few more especially around the reaction's, also at the top of the stick figure section (The one that you are in now.) There is a thread called "Read before posting Rules/Repling/ Pivot terms Ect", in that read the section about spacing because you don't seem to be doing that, also one more thing as a begginer try not to have the stick's leg's split apart, instead have the together like your looking the the animation from a side - view.
