Mick Foley and Angelina Love
Foley - no one expected him to win/gd to see him with the belt and wrestle again
Angelina - its about time they gave her the title

Sorry but a couple good promos doesn't make me accept Foley as a decent World champion... giving him the Legends title would've made more sense.
Angelina hasn't really done anything with her belt yet.
It's a safe bet Team 3D won't do anything entertaining with their belts.
AJ deserves the World title... the Legends title does him no justice so I'm not about to vote for him.
That leaves Suicide... refreshing character, surprisingly booked to look strong and has a title defense under his belt. My vote is for him.

I'd like to say Suicide, because I enjoy the character and perhaps he'll give the X Division belt a bit more luster than it's lacked for the last 2 years, if he defends it regularly and has meaningful title feuds it can be good.
But AJ Styles takes it for me, he's a good Legends champion and suits him down to the T.

They give the TNA tag titles some added credibility and legitimacy since combined with the IWGP tag titles.
