I've been collecting for over 5 years and I have never came across a tall ladder.
Aside from the one i've seen included in the Exclusive Hardy 2 Pack I don't think I've ever seen a RA figure come with one.
I live in England and only recently discovered forbidden planet however so that could have something to do with it.
Any help on Identifying all RA figures that have came with a giant ladder?
Oh tell a lie, I've seen that Razor vs Shawn michaels comes with one too.

R3 Techs had them too. The Hardyz single figures in different series had at least one ladder each

one of the 3packs came with it as well....I remember the pack had Mark Jindrak in it....the ladder was orange.
I bought my tall ladder off a guy on here a few months back for $4 shipped.

the tall ladders to me should be the "normal" height ladders, as the small ones are wayyyy too small
