The problem I have with the Stallworth case, mostly, is that the family of the victim got ANY money at all... He was breaking the law by jaywalking, and at night no-less. I think it's preposterous that Stallworth should have to give them ANYTHING. Stallworth SHOULD have to face the state penalty for drunk driving and even for manslaughter, but it shouldn't have anything to do with the victim's family. It's a world where someone has to be the victim...and it sure as hell isn't gonna be the guy drinking behind the wheel...a lot of people have a VERY sore spot for drinking and driving |

Yeah but what does this mean for real? It just means that Stallworth cant play until he and his agent meet with the commish and he decides a punishment. |
