The SC is still going to have a biased majority in the right when it comes to big cases though. Hopefully Scalia or Thomas retire soon.
I have a bad feeling that Fraken is getting screwed when Coleman takes him to the high court. If they can appoint a President like they did in 2000 then why not a senator? There's no way they're letting a 60-40 Senate happen.

Wow...John...your exempt from what I have to say because you are in the UK
I am so not shocked at how little people know about the Supreme Court and the government as a whole for that matter.
I hope they find someone good.
Oh and Hitman...they may not have to appoint anyone. If other Repubs. start jumping ship like Specter, the Dems. may get the filabuster...
