Nice show man. I like that you do slight storyline things within the matches, because I don't really think full fledged storylines would work in something like this. Still undefeated baby! I notice a sort of rivalry developing between Tim Smith and Red Dragon as of late. Hopefully RD can get the advantage and keep LA going. I laughed at the Mean Street Posse reference with that fad going around this forum. This is probably my favorite diary going right now so keep it up.

Devins debut next week lets hope hes worth it, another win for Bennett good job I either see the streak ending at a round number like 10/20 or just going undefeated thoughout the whole season, LyNN sounds great I hope to see him in some tag matches, big match for a third with all main event names, whats up with Hammers? and King is taking the fall with him, lol at the MSP reference, still fighting with Tim good job and nicley shaken up with Assassin getting the win, suprising main event dosn't really seem ME-ish, anyway I would love to see a Assassin/Dragon tag team somewhere, good luck

...PRESENTS: NWL LIVE! New York, NY 07/11/09 - 2:30 PMWelcome to New York in the daytime! We are live in the City and boy it is a beautiful day. I'm Jimmy Pietrafesa and I am here to provide all you wrestling fans with today's (and the whole season's) NWL results! Today, the lowly New York Crush look to improve their ghastly record and they will have 3 chances to do so this afternoon, as we will see 9 straight singles matches here tonight! Let's go to ringside for some action. Match #1; Sean Shafer [Tri-State Evolution] vs. Brian Thompson [Chicago Warriors]- After 07:34 of action, in a fairly fast pace match, Chicago's Thompson picked up a key win for his team following a Roll The Dice on Shafer and the pinfall. Both men looked at their best in this one and Shafer didn't look banged up at all. Match #2; Steve Corino [Boston Brawlers] vs. Kenny King [Las Vegas Blitz]- After 08:17 of action, in a crowd pleaser definitely, Kenny King was able to rebound from his loss with Hammers a few days ago and he put Corino down with the King's Coronation and got the three count. King looked back on his game even with his team having some internal issues. - Afterward, King celebrated up the ramp with a fan and told this certain fan that that is how you win a match. Cheap shot at his own partner? Match #3; Kevin Hart [New York Crush] vs. Jason Williams [Los Angeles Most Wanted]- After 10:05 of action, in a halfway decent match here, Kevin Hart picked up a win for the home team and the crowd, after he locked Williams up in a Sharpshooter and made him submit in the middle of the ring. Hart celebrated with his crowd after his victory. - Intermission - - During the intermission, it was announced that the New York Crush has released Chad Collyer from his contract with the team. The crowd cheered the announcement, as it was just a matter of time before it happened. Match #4; Duan Sanchez Jr. [Tri-State Evolution] vs. LyNN [Chicago Warriors]- After 15:54 of action, in a stunningly awesome match, Evolution got even with Chicago for the night, as Sanchez put LyNN down with a SGM, but not without a fight. These two put on a show for the fans and they applauded both men afterward. - Out of respect, Sanchez extended his hand towards LyNN and they shook. Great sportsmanship between these two. Match #5; Cameron Stone [Boston Brawlers] vs. Chris Hammers [Las Vegas Blitz]- After 22:03 of action, Chris Hammers' continued his losing ways again, after he just fell short to Cameron Stone. Hammers was on a roll, but turned into a Cam Slam out of oblivion and Stone got the pinfall. Hammers destroyed some fan's New York sign afterward. Match #6; Nick Jacobs [New York Crush] vs. Devin Curtis [Los Angeles Most Wanted]- After 06:10 of action, in Curtis' debut match in the NWL, he destroyed Jacobs and finished him off with an awkward Burning Hammer. Jacobs really stood no chance and this match was pretty much ugly. - Intermission - - Current New York Ranger, Daniel Girardi was announced from the crowd. Most fans gave him a nice round of applause. Match #7; Kevin Shamrock [Tri-State Evolution] vs. Assassin [Chicago Warriors]- After 19:17 of action, in the rubber match between these two teams, Chicago's Assassin grabbed the deciding match between these two and got the victory following a Psycho Driver and pinfall. Very fan friendly match here with some good action and a ton of false finishes. Match #8; Tim Smith [Boston Brawlers] vs. Trace Demon [Las Vegas Blitz]- After 25:06 of action, Trace proved that he was the anchor of his team tonight after he put Smith down with the Demonstration of Hell. Smith came very close multiple times, but Demon just was the better man tonight. - Afterward, Demon didn't celebrate at all and just walked backstage. Interesting rift between Las Vegas here tonight. Match #9; Mike Bockwinkel [New York Crush] vs. Red Dragon [Los Angeles Most Wanted]- After 16:15 of action, the home crowd was sent home unhappy after Dragon was able to put down New York's team captain with a Red Dragon Driver. Dragon then got the pinfall and 2 points for his team! - The next time the NWL will be in New York is on the 26th of July! Get your tickets now! - The NWL & I will be back with you is 4 days from now in Chicago! Goodnight!

Great show, duaner. Devin Curtis dominating, ftw. LAMW is doing great as of late. Hmmm, Hammers in the minors? Interesting. I'm really enjoying this diary, man. Keep it up, and I can't wait for the next show.

really great write ups with this duan. Tri-state have been on a bit of a roll, Sanchez and Shafer ftw. Really love how this is set up with the whole points system type deal. Hoping that our team pulls through into the playoffs and eventually a championship.

This is still as awsome as ever, 9 matches was abit much but some could be short like the Devin match, I'm suprised Shafter is up in the top 10 as he doesn't really stand out as winning alot, Corino/King is awsome glad to see King keeping it up, sad Hart won but they needed a win, Chad gone? Sanchez with another win maybe he could beat Bennett, Another loss for Hammers wonder how it plays out, I hope that he only stays in minor for a few weeks, good to see another good member in the team, suprised by the Assassin win but thats why I love this, Smith losing again he used to be one of the top guys, suprised by me getting the win but I have been losing latley so that evens up my record abit, keep it up

Loved that I got a win, although not happy that Bock lost. I feel you have something big planned for him though.

Hammers getting sent to the minors is pretty crazy. Hopefully Hammers releases a controversial statement, lol. We'll see how Jones does. Again, Pagano wants a team and will accept anything. We have an opening in NYC. Would you accept a one year contract?

Just thought I would point out a typo to help ya out a little. It says "Afterward, Las Vegas celebrated and even though their team lost, the crowd gave the match a nice round of applause." even though Las Vegas won so I'm sure you meant Chicago.
Glad I kept up my undefeated streak and hopefully it keeps up for a while. Sucks that RD keeps losing, which seems to be happening a lot lately. Hopefully LA can pull off another clean sweep as I don't remember them doing that for a while. Really nice job, and keep at this.
EDIT: Nevermind, I read that "typo" wrong and now I feel dumb.

LA! Intresting new signing for New York but with all thier losses can they come back? Intrestred with this, glad LyNN is doing well that DDT is sick didn't he shake up Jacobs with it before, I suspect Marcus to do bad now that he isn't the new signing and Pagano to do awsome but hopefully you twist it all around, suprised by Jason winning but we are in LA, another win for Duan? after a good win last week Hart jobs? thats why I love this diary so unpredictable, I thought Smith would be the man to end Ace's streak or Duan, good work keep it up

Bennett getting back his win, Devin is also doing good, suprised that Duan was on the losing team, You've built up Hart well almost like Tyler Black he can hang with the top guys but never get that main event win which would show he's one of the best, suprised at Vegas losing esp with King looks like Marcus is going back to the minors, Best of the Best sounds awsome, big turn around for Crush now that Pagano is here, maybe Bockwinkel will change soon, Demon has been racking up the wins recently, good luck and keep this up
