Glad me and Red Dragon are once again partners. Hopefully we advance pretty far if not winning the Tag Team Titles. I can't wait for a show.

Sims Championship Wrestling Alliance Presents Creating History, Night One 29/05/2009 – New York City
--- Pre Show Notes --- - The stage is set up in the style of a Ring of Honor show, albeit slightly more extravagant. - The arena’s sold out from what I can see. The arena sits 1,600 people, and I can’t see an empty seat in the house.
--- Main Show --- 1) SCWA International Championship Tournament Semi Final: Anthony Arnott Defeated Matt Dangerous in 5:21 with the Swining Neckbreaker. This was a great way to kick off the SCWA’s debut show. Focusing on the story of Arnott being horribly overpowered by Dangerous, but refusing to quit. Arnott got everyone behind him, and some how pulled off the win after escaping the Powerbomb attempt. **1/2 2) SCWA World Tag Team Championship Tournament Semi Final: Red Assassins Defeated Blazing Phoenix in 7:12 when Red Dragon used the Red Dragon Driver on Maxx Blaze. This was a good match, but it was clear who everyone was pulling for. The Red Assassins are fan favourites, and as a result there was little interest in Blazing Phoenix. The ending stretch saw a lot of dangerous spots, and a big pop from the crowd when Red Dragon got the pin. ** 3) SCWA International Championship Tournament Semi Final: Ace Bennett Defeated Zeke in 6:32 with the Shining Wizard. There was an obvious mismatch here, with Bennett at a massive height and weight disadvantage, but he didn’t let that stop him. The match was kept suitably short, and the two struggled to work together at times. There was a decent pop when Bennett picked up the win, but neither overly impressed here. ** 4) SCWA World Heavyweight Championship Tournament Quarter Final: Tyler Moxley Defeated Jordan Devine in 12:30 with the Moxicity. This was the first sign that tonight is going to be an over average show. It was always likely that the World title tournament matches were going to steal the show, and this certainly did that. This was a great back and forth match featuring a number of near falls and great periods of grappling, but eventually Moxley countered the 305 and hit the Moxicity for the win. **** 5) SCWA International Championship Tournament Semi Final: Daniel Sinn Defeated Jason Williams in 8:32 with The Original Sin. Nobody expected this to be half as good as it was. These two just blew everyone away by going to any lengths to put on an exciting match. This wasn’t exactly a safe strategy, and there were several moments when Sinn almost injured himself due to a risky move. It all paid off though, and in the end Sinn picked up the win, and claimed the final spot in the SCWA International Championship match tomorrow night. ***1/2 --- Intermission Notes ---
- Chaz Classic, Trace Demon and the Red Assassins were all signing autographs and doing photographs. - I’m not sure if it was taped for the DVD, but Duan Sanchez Jr. cut a promo on how he plans on winning the SCWA World Heavyweight Championship tomorrow night.
--- End Intermission --- 6) SCWA World Heavyweight Championship Tournament Quarter Final: Duan Sanchez Jr. Defeated Kevin Shamrock in 16:32 with the Second Generation Moonsault. This wasn’t as good as many people were expecting. It may have been that the two just didn’t click, and that became more and more obvious as the match went on. The match was worth watching just to see Sanchez prove he is still in his prime, and there was a good pop when he picked up the win. *** 7) SCWA World Tag Team Championship Tournament Semi Final: Trace Demon & Jason Star Defeated Sam Kineval & Kevin Hart in 14:21 when Trace Demon used the Demonstration of Hell on Kineval. Now this is what tag team wrestling is all about, fast paced technical wrestling mixed in with some great double team moves. Demon & Star especially showed why they are a fan favourite team, and the pair picked up the win in a superb match. **** 8) SCWA World Heavyweight Championship Tournament Quarter Final: Chris Hammers Defeated C.G. Gordo in 17:21 with the Belfast Cloverleaf. This was a superb technical match, with some great submission moments thrown in as well. These two just clicked from the start, and really went at it, hitting some really stiff momentum during the early parts of the match, then moving on to chain wrestling before pulling out all the stops to get the win. The ending stretch saw both men nailing stiff strikes, before Hammers just laid Gordo out with a big suplex. Hammers locked in the Cloverleaf, and Gordo had no way out. **** --- Following the match C.G. Gordo attacks Chris Hammers from behind, working at his shoulder. Gordo looks intent on crippling Hammers when he grabs a steel chair, only for Daz to make a shock debut, saving Hammers. ---9) SCWA World Heavyweight Championship Tournament Quarter Final: Chaz Classic Defeated Harry Carraway in 21:05 with the Snap Brainbuster. If there was ever a defining moment in a wrestlers career, this was it for Carraway. This is definitely a match of the year candidate, and its worth buying the DVD of the show just for this match. These two went at it from the start, hitting each other with everything they had. The match was so physical that halfway through Classic had a massive cut on his forehead. By the ending stretch of the match both men were exhausted, and Classic was covered in blood, but refused to give up. Carraway went for the Snapmare Driver, only for Classic to counter it and connect with the Snap Brainbuster for the win in an incredible match. *****

Nice write up it was nicley writ but I didn't like the Italics bit after match 8, I do feel like we need some promos to develop characters otherwise we just have matches, glad Assassins got though hope we win the titles, I wanna see Bennet win the International title but it won't, Tyler Moxley is one hell of a bad ass name push! can't wait to read more, keep it up!

Great writing man, well done. Sucks that we lost in the tag match, but at least it was a 4 star match. Main event was superb. Great show, can't wait for more.
