YES! No Lebron James on the cover. Makes me wanna go buy this game even more now, hope its out for PS2.

2k10 will suck ass on PS2. As will every other new sports game coming out, all they do is update rosters I think.

I'm not really much of a Lebron person but if I was a fan of his or the Cavs I would be pretty pissed off. I fail to understand why he is not on the cover this year. It was perfect timing since he was MVP after all. And well....Kobe was placed on 2K. What exactly has Dwight done to deserve this? Ok yeah he was Defensive Player of the year...so? I love the guy but this clearly was not his year to be on the cover despite the fact that his team is in the finals. I read that a lot of people prefer the live cover. I've read that some even call it "The best ever". I just don't see it. It's decent and all but I think they over did the effects personally. I still prefer the one of Kobe and not just because I'm a fan of the Lakers. I like how its simple yet effective. What they need to now do is make a cover with him and that face hes been making throughout the finals. I'm sure a custom will be made of that eventually. But anyway. I'm sure I'll get 2K again this year if anything. If it wasn't for some annoying flaws with last year's game it would have been near perfect in my eyes. I haven't been satisfied with Live in years. I'm not sure, but I think Dwight being on of the most marketable players in the NBA, a former slam dunk champion, and playing in the finals against the other coverboy might have something to do with his selection. |

NBA 2k10 will feature more then 1 Set of annouces other than Mike Wang and Rob Jones.

Well Mike Wang said that 2K cover up alot of issues with the game by adding more animations. Not fixing the collision detection, court spacing, easy points in the paint scoring, and also the big one not implementing some new technology into the roster players and teams tendencies so that players and teams actually play like they do in real life. Say what you want about NBA Live,but as Mike mentioned the technology EA uses for there Live365DNA is great. Unlike 2K, you don't have to constantly keep adjusting sliders and settings to get the game to play realistic or get certain players and teams to play like they do in real life, there EA's DNA feature doesn't have this problem. For 2K10, the devs have to stop being cheap and implement new technology in there game, like EA does for there's to continue to have the top NBA game. If 2K fixes the gameplay issues, the online issues, implement a new technology for roster update system for players and teams ratings and tendencies, and add a halftime show simular to NFL2K5, then NBA2K10 will blow NBALive10 out the water once again. 2K cannot keep relying on new animations to keep there game ontop, they have to fix constant gamplay issues and implement new technology in 2K10.

I'm definitely getting 2k10 this year. Live has sucked out loud since 2004... I can't stand EA Sports.
Psyched to start a Franchise with my Mavs so I can trade Josh Howard for a legit 2-guard so we can get it done.
